"Fantastic for children. Local staff make the resort with their engaging personalities, friendliness, keenness to partake in activities and attention to guests. Would highly recommend this resort. Some of the resort is under construction post cyclones, will be amazing when completed. "

"I would have given tamanu six stars if they had that option. The place is beautiful and location on the beach makes it very relaxing. Excellent food and wide variety for different diet options. The staff is wonderful and made us feel like family. Thank you for an amazing stay especially Alice, Isabelle, Evy and the entire staff. Looking forward to coming back one day."

"Coco Beach is budget friendly and we definitely got value for money. The fares are basic but bright and airy. We had the huge pool to ourselves every time we used it. The snorkelling out the front of the resort was fantastic. While it was a little further out of Vila than we had stayed before, it meant it was very quiet. We had to walk a fair way to get a bus into town on one day but had a delightful trip home by boat from the jetty in Vila, something we had not done before. The food was good...

"An absolutely beautiful property with a fantastic restaurant onsite. There was a cyclone during out stay and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were very well looked after, safe and comfortable. Would highly recommend The Terraces Boutique Apartments for accommodation, meals and service."

"Beautiful beach views day and evening with incredible sunsets and easy access to snorkelling on a UNESCO protected reef. Wonderful self contained accommodation with the option to enjoy meals and drinks in an open air shared dining space. Menu specials changed daily in relation to locally sourced produce. Attentive staff and excellent hosts Steve and Dave who made our stay incredibly special with their bubbly personalities and willingness to assist with any and all aspects of our holiday stay. "

"Although the weather was not perfect, we had a delightful holiday here. Tony, the hotel owner, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. He provided us with a detailed introduction to the hotel's facilities and activities. However, the hotel staff would need additional professional training. "The location is great and the snorkelling is excellent. The staff are fantastic. The resort needs some tender loving care. The gardens are well tendered, but the rest of the infrastructure needs work. Food is a bit hit and miss but there is a Beach Bar nearby thank goodness."

"We stayed for 5 nights with Petter and Anne and we couldn't speak more highly of our experience. As hosts, Petter and Anne were fabulous. "No hot water the first night, very old room, noisy, poor quality breakfast, not good value for money, front gate and reception close at 9PM so unable to access the carpark after that time."

"Really felt it wasnt up to Resort Standards in terms of the accomadation, crockery wasnt cleaned, i had to clean it myself before i could the kitchen area inside the room, very outdated rooms in all areas... air con unit was very much ineffective to where it was set in the room.. Way it was advertise was very much misleading when i arrive... breakfast was hugely dissapointing,, breakfast baffet wasnt up to standards esp resort standards, choices was very limited...."

"The property looked nice from the outside but not from the inside. Pool was dirty. Sheets dont get cleaned everyday. Place didnt smell good. Very loud at night due to the waves, felt like the roof was gonna fly off. Kept us up all night. Air conditioning didnt work in muggy hot weather. Big cockroaches everywhere. No room service. Location was ok. Overall not worth the price paid."

"This is a perfect spot to stay in the heart of Vila. Close to the markets and an easy walk to all that Vila has to offer. The pool and pool area are a great place to relax with a cold tusker. Like all places in Vanuatu, the staff is what makes the stay special. Everyone goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was also fantastic. Overall I would recommend if you want to stay in the heart of Vila. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Fatumaru Lodge. Beautiful, tranquil, peaceful, clean, and very well priced. We enjoyed the pool, the hammock near the ocean and the view from our beachfront unit a great deal. Request a top floor room for added privacy. The staff were lovely. It’s a 20 minute walk to town centre, or 150vt pp on the local bus, which you can easily hail at the front of the accommodation on the main road. Highly recommend! "

Very nice Hotel/Resort with a nice "vibe"!!!

"A 3-4 star Hotel/Resort very nice located next to the sea and at the end of town. Walking distance to town and still relatively quiet. A smaller, but clean pool. Very good breakfast - buffet with eggs at your choice. Very friendly staff - also helped arranging tours. The Hotel/Resort had a very nice "vibe" about it!!"

"We had 4 nights at Erakor Island Resort, and had a fantastic time. The rooms were very comfortable, ours had views of the water which was great(thanks for the upgrade!) and the staff were fantastic and couldnt help enough. The restaurant was very good, with the option of themed nights on certain days, and the pizza/cinema night on a Tuesday. More than enough activities to keep busy if you want. Snorkelling straight off the beach. Thanks again."
