A small, rustic cabin in the woods with access to an alpaca farm!

Welcome to the countryside, where the simplicity of things becomes beauty. Small, rustic and honest cottage, very warm and friendly with a large fenced lot located on a quiet row and surrounded by a pine forest. Find your child's smile by coming to visit Florent and his family, 12 of the most charming alpacas. Come and enjoy the hiking trails, snowmobile trails, the Nartur'Eau spa and all the other wonders that Mandeville and its surroundings have to offer.

The cottage is open concept. The bedroom is located on the mezzanine and has two beds: a double bed (double) and a large double bed (Queen).
An all-glass office space can also be used as a semi-private bedroom by being partitioned by opaque curtains. This space has a sofa bed and a sink.

The central room serves as a living room and dining room. This room is bright and spacious. A wood fireplace makes it more friendly and warm. A well-stocked library will entertain you. The cause also transforms into a futon bed for your film nights. A quantity of firewood is at your disposal. If you want more, fees may be added.

The kitchenette is functional: dishes, kitchen utensils, hot plates, 2 mini refrigerators with freezer space, toaster oven, toaster, kettle, coffee percolator (filter), small slow cooker are at your disposal for cooking. A BBQ is available when the snow is not present.

Basic condiments are available to help you out (salt, pepper, some spices, olive oil among others). However, coffee is not provided.

A stacked washing machine and dryer are also present.

The bathroom has a shower and basic products (shower gel, towels).

You are welcome to visit the Lafleur-Deschamps family made up of 12 charming alpacas and each with their own personality. The farmhouse is 3 minutes away by car or 7 to 10 minutes on foot. Come visit them and interact with them whenever you want!
