Bed and Breakfast in Mandeville

"From the moment we checked into the moment, we checked out the entire hotel was absolutely horrible checking in with a headache. They had two women there carrying on a conversation and there was three people in front of me instead of them splitting up and checking out separate people they’d rather carry on the conversation and only one person was working then we got to the room. It was dirty then in the morning the breakfast is not ready. It said made to order you had to sit and wait and then they told me to go get my money back because they didn’t have enough food. We’ll never stay here again."

"I would not recommend staying at Suburban Studios Slidell. The room was extremely dirty from the moment I walked in. The floors were visibly stained and felt unclean, and the bathtub was downright nasty, something you would not even want to step into. There were bugs in the room, which made the whole experience even worse. The condition of the property overall felt neglected. The paint jobs looked rushed and shoddy, with visible wear and poor maintenance throughout. The bathroom was very small and uncomfortable to use, adding to the frustration. To make matters worse, there were power outages during the stay, which made it even more inconvenient. The TV was not even a smart TV, which felt outdated and limiting. Overall, it was just an unpleasant stay from start to finish. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle."

"Great stay. Breakfast really good. Real quiet everyone so friendly. Close to a lot of places. Parking great. Rooms are excellent. Beds are comfortable, very clean. Stay here many many times and never had anything negative to say. The guy at desk Kelly is always so nice and even if I am a regular he always is very nice to my autistic son. Kathy from housekeeping is so sweet and nice always lets Me know if I need anything let her know. And I believe Nicole who does breakfast is a true sweetheart she is the sweetest to everyone not just me and my family. I have witness her bring food to older and handicap guest so they didn’t have to get up. But everyone is amazing at this hotel. Photo I am sharing was for Mardi Gras weekend at Microtel."
