Guzzi Lovers: La vacanza perfetta a Mandello

Large and bright apartment on the mezzanine floor of a small building, located on a quiet private road between the center and the suggestive lakefront of Mandello del Lario. Ideal for families or groups of 6 people, it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, just a short walk from the main attractions and just a 7-minute walk from the train station.
Interior spaces:
The apartment consists of:

A large living room with dining area and sofa bed
A kitchen.
A spacious bathroom.
Two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a desk. All mattresses have recently been replaced to ensure maximum comfort.

On request, we provide crib and high chair for babies. The decor is an elegant combination of modern and antique furniture, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Outdoor spaces and access:
The building has a large fenced courtyard. Guests have access to the entire apartment and can use wires to lay in the back of the yard. Free parking is available along the private road.
Location and transport:
The house is easily accessible both by car and by public transport. From the provincial road 72 you can easily access the car park, while the train station is about 600 meters away along a pleasant flat road. Nearby there is a convenient supermarket for every need.
Mandello del Lario:
Mandello del Lario, located on the shores of the eastern branch of Lake Como, is famous for being the historic headquarters of Moto Guzzi. The city center offers an authentic atmosphere with restaurants, bars and local shops, while the lakefront offers enchanting views and opportunities for walks or moments of relaxation.
Nature lovers can explore the trails of Grigna, one of the most iconic mountains in the area, or have fun with water activities on the lake. The strategic position of Mandello del Lario allows you to easily visit other places on Lake Como, such as Varenna, Bellagio and Lecco.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project that pursues sustainable development objectives for short rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina. . Auf den ersten Blick eine nette, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Ca 10 min von der Strandpromenade entfernt, so wie es beschrieben wurde. Leider wurde die Freude schon im Voraus wegen des sehr komplizierten Check In Vorgangs (Dauer ca 45 min) getrübt, wobei die Agentur sehr bemüht war und Hilfe bot. Die Wohnung verfügt, wie beschrieben, über zwei Schlaf- und ein Wohnzimmer, Küche und ein kleines Bad. Leider stellte sich abends heraus, dass die Wohnung und das Haus sehr, sehr hellhörig sind und die Bewohner des Hauses dazu sehr laut. Vor allem Abends, bis ca 0.15 Uhr wurde geschrien, gestritten, getrampelt und gestaubsaugt.
