    The apartment has two bedrooms and spacious rooms, all air conditioned , to ensure maximum well-being in every season. The interior spaces are designed to offer comfort and functionality, ideal for both short and longer stays.
    Outside you will find a private garden , perfect for moments of relaxation, outdoor breakfasts or an aperitif at sunset. The real strength of the house is the panoramic balcony with a beautiful view of Lake Como , where you can enjoy silence, light and unique colors.
    The area is residential and very quiet , perfect for a real lake experience. Despite being outside the center of Mandello del Lario, you'll have everything you need just a few steps away:
