"Close to everything. Breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever had but a little pricey at 30 euros. Considering that it is in downtown Munich which is an expensive city (not to mention it was the start of Ocktoberfest). Construction has the street of the hotel closed which was only an issue when ordering Ubers. Suggest walking over to the Mandarin Oriental a block away for ease of pickup. Room was huge. Small kitchenette, living room with pull out queen size and large bedroom with king. No AC but open windows kept it dang near cold. Very quite poperty, I would guess because of the street closure,"
