The front desk staff was fantastic even with booking issues due to booking through third party. I have stayed at Homewood suites in Canton Ma and it was much more upgraded but this was decent and I was happy to have an oven and tub in my room once that was fixed. My only small complaint would be house keeping not coming except the day before checkout when I was there for 10 days. Luckily I’m clean and kept things up and took trash out myself most of the time. The rooms are also not as “sound proof” as advertised, just FYI. Over all it was a good stay.

We were happy with everything. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The room was decently clean. More creamer in room and cups would have made it better. I like the soap products in the bathroom. Staff was excellent and the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts at a moderate hotel I’ve been to. We would recommend it and would stay again. Not sure about the bugs people are talking about in other reviews, but we brought our cats in a pet friendly room and none of us had any issues.

We stayed at many different locations of Homewood suite, this location has a nice clean property. Nice spacious room. Nice warm pool, fluffy bedding. The only issue we had was our daughter cut her foot on a metal bed frame sticking out from her bed, we had to call down for some stuff missing that we needed, arrived within 10mins. We had a great time overall and enjoyed our time.
