The hotel was perfect for a night prior to departing to the airport. The location is close to South Willow St offering many food choices & things to do. It's an older property but kept in good condition. The room was clean & the bed was nice. The TV only gets a few channels, they have a nice lobby area & the airport shuttle was key.

LIKED: !. staff 2. proximity to airport and I-293 3. clean room 4.room design 5. breakfast 6. reasonably priced bottled water at /near front desk. COULD BE IMPROVED: 1. carpet in elevator is old and doesn't look clean-needs replacing. 2.some other areas outside room could ve used fresh paint. 3.the parking spaces in the front are really small and while there is parking in back, as a female guest, parking in front is more secure-likely nothing more cam be done w parking in front. 5. I booked thru EXPEDIA and I accidentally clicked on a "stay" and this hotel allowed no change in reservation. Other hotels booked through EXPEDIA did however for this airport area in Manchester. Despite areas that could be improved given that great staff and location I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Service manager was very attentive. Room service wasn’t very good. After they clean the room, I have to call so they can do the bed. The bathroom could be a little bit more “detailed”.

This property is in a great location, staff are wonderful. The rooms are good some have light issues that need fixing but nothing major. And there is only one microwave for the whole hotel which is on the 2nd floor, it would be nice if they would put a microwave in each room. From a 1- 10 i would rate this a 8. Thank you
