Recently remodeled and thoughtfully decorated in a cozy ski-and-golf theme, the condo features a full kitchen, perfect for family meals after a day of adventures. The main floor includes a queen bedroom with private bath and washer/dryer, while the second floor offers two queen beds and another private bath—great for families or friends traveling together.

Guests love the perfect location, clean and well-equipped space, and how easy it is to ski in and ski out. Many families say it’s ideal for kids to rest or nap between runs, while parents can enjoy quick access to the slopes and nearby Ivan’s restaurant.

Beyond skiing, explore five championship Shanty Creek golf courses, nearby Torch Lake, and the charming towns of Bellaire and Mancelona—filled with restaurants, wineries, and shops just 10–15 minutes away.

Incredible ski weekend!

We had an amazing weekend skiing at Schuss! The property and location were PERFECT!!! We were able to ski in & ski out:) an absolute dream. We will definitely be back!

Place was very clean and great to stay in however there were pictures of pools and resorts that were not included in the stay and that is the reason we booked was for them. Other than that it was great, just make sure you double check pictures and ask any questions.
