This unit is tastefully decorated and has newer flooring. All of our condos are professionally cleaned between guests. We provide all of the comforts of home including high quality linens.

10 miles from Torch Lake, 22 miles to Turtle Creek, 10 minutes to the Glacial Hills bike trails and 5 miles to the famous Shorts Brewery!
This is a perfect location and affordable way to visit northern michigan and take day trips to many lovely little towns. You will not be bored here.
We have some of the best golf courses in Michigan. We are on the 18th hole of Schuss. Within minutes there is The Chief, Summit, Hawkseye, The Legend, cedar River and The Farm.
Bring your boat (place to park a boat out front), canoes, kayaks. We are close to some of the most beautiful lakes including Torch, Lake Bellaire and the chain of lakes.
Winter activities. Downhill skiing is amazing with 53 runs on 2 mountains and featuring 4 terrain parks. All levels of skiers love Schuss Mountain.
The cross country trail is just out your backdoor. A downhill pass allows access to the cross country trail. Enjoy the beautiful views while getting exercise.

Nice stay for skiing

We wanted an affordable, simple place to stay for a 3 day ski trip. This place was a good fit for those reasons. We had 2 adults and 2 kids under 11 and it worked out just fine for us.

Quick Up North Getaway

My husband and I were looking for a place to get away for a few nights. The condo is small, but ideal for two people who are looking to be out and about and enjoy all that northern Michigan has to offer.

Very snug

This place was close to the slopes but unfortunately it was farther from.the parking lot than the listing made it sound and there was so much snow that there was only space for about 4 to 5 cars for more than one building. The photos made the unit look much larger than it was and we didnt have the space to use the sleeper sofa for our 2 kids. There was not any place to even hang our gear to all dry before the next day. I feel the owners should stay there and look at things like paint chips or dry wall repair and such. Just appeared to need some TLC compared to other places we stayed. All our gear ended up piled pn the floor. Not a great place to tuck anything. Also the lights in the bathroom need to be checked as they would only work sometimes.

Unexpected trip

I had a death in the family i had to make an unexpected trip for. Was very pleased at tge accommodations. I may need to come back in a few weeks to settle up more of the estate and funeral proceedings. Hope it will be available again! My only issue is the tv remotes need new batteries.

Great location scene

The condo was small but look out the front, you can see Schuss Mountain. Out of our bedroom sliders , a Nordic run. We saw a mother/daughter crew practicing their rescue dogs/team for a race. Bathroom very cold but we brought a heater for that problem. Overall, nice place

Great location

The property was exactly as described and what I had expected. Looking to be close to golf, lakes, and beaches in the area. Although I did not golf at this resort, due to the proximity to other courses and lakes it was a great place to use as a base to do day trips in the area. My only issue and it is a small one, the bed seemed overly soft and worn out. After having spent the day in the sun, it was a bit disappointing not to get a great nights sleep and wake up sore...

Ideal Schuss Ski Location

What a great little condo. My wife and I stayed for a long weekend and skied. You can actually see the mountain from the front door. Condo has a nicely equipped kitchen. We cooked several meals. The back deck has a very nice gas grill, chairs and view of the golf course. The deer were out this morning. Probably about a 1 minute drive to the Schuss parking lot. About 11 minute drive into Bellaire for Shorts. We also went to the BeeWell Meadery and Cider co. Condo is perfect for two. Can sleep up to 4 using the sofa bed. I would definitely come back.

Could not find property, given inadequate directions. The look on the Condo would lock. Communication with the property manager did not solve the problem. We had to leave it unlocked through out our weekend. Overall it put a dark cloud on the trip especially on Friday. It was constant since our room was never locked when we were out. Very dissatisfied.

Clean place to stay

Let me emphasize the good things first. The place was immaculate and very well equipped except for one glaring omission I will cover below. It is small - smaller even than I expected - but we didn't intend to spend much time there so that didn't matter. It was more inconvenient than I thought it would be. Saying it is 45 minutes from Charlevoix sounds a lot better than driving it actually is. If you want to play golf or sit around and just "chill" you probably won't mind, but if you want to explore all the north has to offer you will find many attractions (Lake Michigan, Mackinac Island, festivals. etc.) require a lengthy drive which will eat into the time you have each day. My biggest gripe is that although it is listed as having a TV you can't find anything you actually want to watch. No ESPN or live sports; no Jeopardy; no network programming at all. No Netflix, no Amazon Prime. If you have a subscription to a streaming channel (like the aforementioned Netflix) and try to log on you will find someone else's user name already filled it and you won't be able to use it. I emailed the contact to find out if I was able to access any cable or local channels, and she in turn emailed the owner. He simply said I should be able to get them, but when I asked 'how", there was no reply. I realize I'm an old guy and someone younger may have been able to figure it out but I can't get over the fact the owner failed to respond.

All and all it was great. The listing should delete the info about the pool sights providing towels, as they no longer do. Helps “to know” to bring beach towels - when you pack.
