"Price gouging $17 for a pina colada? We needed a microwave and they said it was $20 for them to bring us one. Not a fan of price gouging at all"

"First, I want to state that the staff at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant to work with. That being said, our first room had ants all over the floor, dead and alive. Our second room had the security flap engaged and we couldn't even get in. Our third (and final) room was clean. The furniture looked new and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom, however, did not have hot water coming out of the sink faucet. I was told that they are in the middle of renovations."

"Online it states that the shuttle is from 9 to 6, when I asked to be picked up at the airport around noon they were reluctant and when I went to check in I was informed that the shuttle goes after 4 pm. The outdoor hot tub was not working either. This was the main reason I chose to stay here. I would have saved $100 and stayed next door if I had known that. There were spiderwebs all on the balcony and railings and looked like they hadn't been wiped down since last year. Overall I was disappointed."
