"If you’re not German, you’re not welcome in this hotel. Very difficult to communicate with the staff as they all speak German not English. - This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. You can tell a hotel is dodgy when there is a counter fit shop selling fake bags at the hotel! - The wifi horrible, so if you are planning to work or need high speed internet, plan in advance - I was given a single room despite the fact I had booked a double room, took 4 days to change my room. Enjoyed a lot especially staff, pool, beach behind the hotel, water sports like parasailing, lot of food and drinks, animation team and the professional dancers at amphitheatre. Few things to improve: the room ( villa) is a bit old and toilet is small and old for a five star, receptionists struggled with English and was not easy to communicate, food was repetitive but not an issue as a lot of options. "Our stay was very enjoyable and service and staff were excellent. However there were activities advertised that after enquiring were not available at the resort, like archery. We had problems with our air con in our room that could not be repaired so the room was uncomfortable to sleep. Also disabled toilets were hard to find and not accessible easily."
