The hotel was in a good location, felt safe. I was surprised to not see any soap at all in the whole apartment. No soap to shower or wash hands.

That was a disaster. My family of four couldn’t stay in the room. We had to find an emergency stay, which by itself was a challenge and expensive. The room was not ready for us.
