"The only reason it doesnt get top marks is that the door to the balcony didnt have a shade and therefore I did not get a good nights sleep. They did upgrade me though. One of the few VIP listed hotels that actually did something for you. I didnt try the bfast. New rooms. You hear plane and car noise. The balcony rooms are nearest to the street. Has to be a better value than the other hotels in the area."

"The property was amazing. The rooms are large and feature a full kitchenette complete with fridge and stove top. They have laundry facilities for the guest, a fitness center and even supply a small laundry basket in the rooms. The beds are comfortable. Could not see water from patio chairs - had to stand on toes to see because large amounts of bushes obstructed view. Grill was right next to our room so people were walking in front of our room to use it and the entry way was in a dark hidden corner right next to community bathroom and community laundry. Would have been nicer to be on 2nd floor to see the ocean and have more privacy."
