It was clean. Price was good staff was good. The microwave was rusted unplugged and gross. I had a pizza i couldn't warm up! The TV was very hard to figure out and the picture suched.

We needed a hotel near LECOM Park that would not break the bank. The room was newly refurbished and the bathroom room and shower were wonderful. Bedding was clean. Room smelled of stale beer. Also required a $100 deposit over and above room fee. Deposit was refunded.

The staff were really friendly at check in. The beds were uncomfortable. The toilet was dirty and the shower was also dirty. Stayed for a last minute business trip in the area. The room had kind of an odd smell about it. Kind of a musk/ mold possibly smell.

I'd stay there last year and it was very clean very nice but this time not so much there were no ice buckets in the room I asked the cleaning lady for an ice bucket and she said they didn't have any and she had one sitting right on her tray she said I couldn't have it she had to talk to the owner there was never any ice in the ice machine back there and I went to go swimming around 8:30 8:45 and the pool was not supposed to close until 9:00 and it was already closed so I called the woman at the front desk and she said I'm sorry it's closed the first room I went into was dirty and not been cleaned but they gave me a different room which was fine I don't know it was much better the last time I stayed I don't know if they have new management but the people at the front are very nice just not very accommodating I won't stay there again
