It is definitely priced well. Look to me a bed,tv, and shower is all i need in a room. Box spring had plastic on it that was torn up. Bed kept sliding across wood flooring. Rooms next store made loud noises that could be heard. But again if you just want to sleep there as i do, it's good for that. Friendly people in rooms that i met. Also front desk woman was also very friendly
