"Nicest Hosts, very accommodating. Actually went and visited their band at the White elephant and wound up having a great time hanging out while we came for the Englewood Waterfest Boat Races. The place was super clean and the backyard is like none you've ever seen before with nice garden walk and view to the back you would never expect. Very beautiful and very cool. We will definitely return to this location rather than staying anywhere else when we're down that way from now on. So worth it and a very short drive to the beach"

"We had a wonderful stay on Manasota Key. The property was great, and the host was extremely communicative and accommodating throughout our visit. The house was equipped with anything and everything one would need, very clean and cool. Unfortunately, the hurricane kept us from spending much time in the water or fishing, but the shelling and shark tooth hunting right on the beach were fantastic! We managed to find over 1,000 shark teeth, including two small megalodon teeth. Despite the weather, we had a great time and would absolutely love to return."

"The views were amazing! This house is full of charm; exactly what a beach house should be! Our 3 teenage boys loved having their own space in the mother in law suite! Kitchen is well stocked to make your own food. We honestly were looking at our vacation schedule for next year would love to stay again! Mostly private beach - saw dolphins every day and a manatee once! Found hundreds of shark teeth and shells! Can't say enough good things! Host is easy to contact and check in was seamless! Thanks Andrew for an amazing vacation!"

"This was our second stay at the Manasota Beach Club and, once again, they did not disappoint. Check-in was seamless and the cottage was exactly as advertised. We were very comfortable and the space and area were very quiet and relaxing, even with several other cottages being occupied. Our cottage was beachfront and the view was great. There was a turtle nest right beside our deck that the Turtle Patrol checked every morning. We were hoping it would hatch while we were there but no such luck. We did see a gopher tortoise on her nest and wandering the grounds, and had iguanas roaming around, which was fun. We checked out the other amenities on the grounds and they were all very nice and clean. There are lots of great restaurants in the area and we thoroughly enjoyed visiting something different every day. This is one of our favorite places and we will definitely be returning soon. My only ask if if they could fix the water pressure in the shower. Then it would be perfect!"

The cottages are a little dated but with fresh makeovers and new mini split units cooling the units.I would like to see the TV size and placement changed.
