"How this place got a 10/10 for cleanliness is beyond me. As soon as we walked in, the house smelt so bad of mustiness. Evan said the dehumidifier was supposed to be left on but it was definitely not a good smell to walk in to. There was so much opened food left in the fridge and cabinets that we had to throw away. My son’s bed and all throughout the house was covered in dog fur so as soon as we got there we had to wash some bedding and clean everything. The furniture was extremely uncomfortable and some looked as if it had been bought second hand, many light fixtures did not work and all of the beach chairs were broken and could hardly be sat in. I understand there was a recent hurricane, but all of the issues we had were not in correlation with that. The biggest issue we had with our stay was the cleanliness and deceiving reviews of the house. We have been staying in Manasota Key for years and this was the most expensive and least favorite place we have stayed for many reasons. Evan was very nice and easy to work with and the beach and bay access were nice but we will not be staying here again."

"We enjoyed our stay here! The beach was amazing! The house is very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Furnishings were beautiful. There were plenty of fun games for the family to play with down on the beach level. Evelyn was always available if I had any questions or needed anything. We hope to get another opportunity to stay here again soon!"

"Location, Location, Location!! We stayed 10 days and we had never been to the area so we had alot of questions, the staff was absolutely wonderful. Lots of available beach equipment for free. The pool was nice too. Very nice stay can't wait to come back."

"An inviting, well-equipped, user-friendly, comfortable home. Located in a quiet peaceful-feeling neighborhood, the property is also close to many wonderful adventure opportunities (beaches, biking trails, kayaking, warm springs, etc). The pool is lovely. Lots of wildlife in the yard, especially birds. We really appreciated Kristy’s excellent communication and hope to return sooner than later."

"My husband and I (& small 11 lb dog) thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay in unit 1B at Palm Bay Condos! Our host, William, was very responsive and and so great to deal with. He answered all our questions timely and we couldn't have asked for a better host. The condo was obviously recently updated, super clean and well-stocked with just about everything you needed for a longer stay:) Loved the lanai area and spent quite a bit of time out there reading/hanging out overlooking Lemon Bay (beautiful sunrises over the bay!). My husband loved fishing off the dock, as well as at nearby Blind Pass and Englewood Beaches. The weather also cooperated and was really nice during our stay and we were able to go to the beach every day :) We preferred quieter Blind Pass/Middle Beach to Englewood Beach and liked having nice restaurants close by on the island. We especially enjoyed the laid back Beachcomber Trading Post on the water. Want to mention that alhough the unit has a private beach access across the street, there really isn't a beach area anymore as I believe it was washed away in the last hurricanes and hasn't been renourished as yet. It was still a lovely place to go watch the sunsets though :) Our adult son joined us for the Memorial Day weekend and still plenty of room for the 3 of us. Hoping we can come back and stay again soon and thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!"
