"Very special place for divers"

"It was one of the best stays in my whole travel experience. I requested transportation from the airport to the port, and a boat to Onongresort. The price was reasonable for both ways. This place is for people who love a quiet place and appreciate the beautiful ocean in front of this resort. (In my opinion, not much for families with small children.) Last but not least, the staff was excellent. I truly enjoyed talking with them. They made sure my stay was comfortable and it was my best stay. "

"We heard great reviews for this hotel from friends in Manado, so we booked a room for our stay. I’m giving five stars because I believe my friends. However, a volcano meant that our flight turned around 30 minutes before we were supposed to land in Manado. We couldn’t use our reservation. I wrote to Expedia and the hotel to cancel the reservation. Expedia said they couldn’t refund the money because they needed to first receive the consent of the hotel and the hotel didn’t respond the hotel...

"The hotel is very run down. Our first room was comfortable, spacious and relatively clean. However the wood flooring by the patio doors was broken, with loose floor boards, exposing a small cavity space below. This presented a health and safety hazard, as well as the wooden decking on the patio, which was in a state of complete disrepair. A very large group of high school students chicken in on our second night, staying 6 to a room and keeping us up till 2am with noise, and from 6 am with group...
