The breakfast was just okay, not much variety, and only one protein choice, usually fried. The customer service wasn't great either, and I didn't feel like I got my money's worth. On my last day, they suddenly gave me a menu and said I could pick something if I didn't like what was available. I was there for four days and never got that option before. I guess it was their last attempt to fix things, but it was too little, too late.

Voor herhaling vatbaar .

Het was meer als mijn verwachting . Omdat ik zout arm eet kreeg ik extra hulp bij het eten .het werd speciaal voor mij gemaakt . En voor mijn vrouw was het ontbijt prima . Ruime keuze . Alleen hotel.com zet verkeerde informatie op de site . Er is geen vervoer geregeld naar her vliegveld .dat moet je zelf doen .

Aircon is not cold

The aircon is not cold in our room but all they did is just keep sending the engineering to fix it. After 2 hours being fixed by the technician I had too complain again because it was just the same!! They just keep on sending technician instead of giving me a new room. I was travelling with my baby and its almost 10 pm so I really had to make a hard complain until they give me a new room.. What a service..

あまりに傍若無人な団体客の振る舞いと喧騒で、散々でした。特に食事時のエチケットの欠如には辟易しました。卵を焼く係は、いつも長蛇の列。少しは考えた方がいいと思います。スタッフの対応は、まあまあ良かったですが・・・。

Great value for location and comfort

Location was great, opposite the shopping malls (which we visited every night for dinner, shopping, movie etc). Room and toilet could do with more hooks for hanging stuff and wet towels.. speaking of towels, they only come in one size (large bath towel). Would have much preferred if smaller towels are also available. I wasn't thrilled with the buffet breakfast selection. While coffee choices were great, more choices of bread and making yoghurt available would have made me happier. Overall I would still recommend the hotel for its location and value for money. Service was helpful and friendly too.
