"Aankomst was in het donker, waardoor we het appartement 2 keer voorbij gereden waren. Sleutel lag in een kluisje verderop, prima geregeld. Appartement is prima, enigszins wat verouderd. Mooi terras beneden en een groot dakterras. Zwembad is heerlijk en 24/7 open. Airco living ging kapot (in augustus echt een must) en werd snel gemaakt. Na 2 dagen ging deze weer kapot, maar is daarna niet meer gemaakt. De wasmachine begaf het ook tijdens onze vakantie, maar werd binnen een paar dagen vervangen...

"This was such a pretty, clean and convenient place to stay! Literally 3 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk and close to many restaurants for lunch, dinner. The apartment had every convenience you could wish for including Washer/Dryer. We found it very nice to use and would certainly stay there again! It helps that the owner's parents live right below and can help with anything if needed, but owner very responsive as well. Lovely visit!"

"We had a fantastic stay at Joana's appartment. We were a family of 5 ( 3 adults and 2 children). The check in process was very smooth and trouble free. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours but Joana was waiting outside of the appartment when we arrived. We were given a tour or the appartment. It was lovely and very clean. Fantastic facilities in the appartment if you want to go self catering....but there are alot of lovely restaurants all in walking distance too. The apartment is on the beach. So...

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The view from the hotel is incredible, one of the highlights from our trip. It was also nice that this hotel shared a beach with just one other hotel - comparatively, the next beach over was way busier. We loved the staff, everyone was very friendly. We 10000% would stay here again."

"Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits en juillet et nous avons eu une très belle expérience. L'hôtel est magnifique et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine avec les lits de jours et beaucoup de places. Le petit déjeuner était bon et plutôt varié. L'hôtel n’a pas de stationnement, mais il y a toujours des places juste en avant dans la rue, donc ce n’est pas un problème. Un point à améliorer serait d'ajouter une cafetière dans les chambres. Nous sommes des lèves-tôt et le fait de ne pas avoir accès à la section déjeuner avant 7h30, même pour seulement un café, nous limitait. Sinon, le service serait à améliorer en terme de présence des employés. Le bar et la réception étaient souvent vacants."

"The hotel itself was pretty, and the buffet was surprisingly excellent. There’s a putt putt course there, but they don’t even turn the lights on at night. So don’t plan on using it after the sunsets. The Mexican restaurant that you have to have a reservation for isn’t really worth the time or effort. The main buffet is beautiful and has tons of options. Very family friendly. We stayed in one of the Casitas, they packed so much furniture in there you can barely move around it. Overall, it was a decent stay."

"Lovely hotel for our 4 night stay. Room was modern, a little small but fine for two people and we spent a lot of time out and about. Good sized balcony. Small Fridge in room. Good aircon. Breakfast had enough selection and the same every day. We were able to eat outside which was lovely. Shower quickly overflowed - it was highlighted to staff but unable to fix."

"We found the staff really helpful - happy to get us fresh sheets in the middle of the night when kids had an accident! The all inclusive was good value - yes some of the meals feel a bit repetitive after a few days but overall decent food. The local beach is underwhelming and harder to access but we were happy at the pool and it was the quieter side of the island - Alcudia and Soller seemed way more touristy and expensive! But it was an hour drive back to Palma so a hire car is essential. Decor a bit dated but clean"

"The hotel was generally ok, the food was good in the restaurant and the pool side. The pool was ok but doesn’t open until 10am which is too late. The air conditioning was non existent unfortunately which is definitely a disappointment in the hot weather. Also no tea / coffee making facilities or fridge in the room."
