Bietet alles was man braucht

Wir waren zu 2. Eine Woche dort und hatten die Wohnung im EG. Stefanie ist eine super Gastgeberin und hat für alle Wetterlagen und Wünsche passende Tipps für einen noch gelungenen Urlaub parat. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in Cala Millor und bietet alles was man für eine Woche Urlaub braucht. Einen kleiner negativpunkt für uns war allerdings die Heizung/Klimaanlage des Nachbarhauses. Diese war sehr laut und irgendetwas vibrierte bei der Anlage mit, was wiederum sehr im schlafzimmmer wiederhallte.

Stefanie ist eine super nette und sympathische Gastgeberin, die bei Fragen immer sofort geantwortet hat. Die Wohnung selbst ist wunderbar sauber. Vor allem über die Dusche habe ich sehr gefreut, da Sauberkeit im Bad für mich ein wichtiger Punkt ist. Das Internet lief gut für den Privatverbrauch. Für eine Workation zu zweit mit Videocalls empfehle ich jedoch noch einen zusätzlichen Hotspot. Viele Dank. da

New Years' Eve in Cala Millor

We had a very pleasant holiday of about 12 days. The apartment is cosy and clean and offers all the furniture for such long stays: AC, Washing machine, coffee machine, microwave... We have nothing to complain about and would strongly recommend the place. The owner was very welcoming and available for any needs. Moreover, it is a perfect place to enjoy the sea (just 30 metres walk) or the area around Artà for us was the most beautiful from a naturalistic point of view.

Tolles Apartment in top Lage

Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, war sauber und in top Lage. Direkt erreichbar sind Strand, Restaurants und Supermarkt. Direkt neben dem Haus bekamen wir immer einen Parkplatz. Die Verwalterin Stefanie ist super nett und kümmert sich schnellstmöglich, falls man ein Anliegen oder eine Frage hat.

Traumhafte Unterkunft direkt am Meer

Eine traumhafte Unterkunft direkt am Meer, wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr großzügig ausgestattet. Am Ende eines Tages kommt man immer wieder gern zurück in die Wohnung und kommt dort prima zur Ruhe. Beim nächsten Mallorca-Urlaub kommen wir in jedem Fall hierher zurück! 😍

Bel appartement, très bien placé

L'appartement est très agréable, bien équipé, très propre, près de la mer et des commerces.. possibilité de se garer juste à côté.. Nous avons passé un très bon sejour, avec le plaisir d'être près de la mer et de profiter du balcon au retour de nos balades et visites. Le seul petit bémol, il n'y a pas de rideau occultant pour dormir. Mais ça ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour chez steffanie !

Der Check-in mit Stefanie hat super funktioniert(nochmals vielen Dank für die vielen Urlaubstipps).Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und aufgeräumt, und war wie beschrieben! Bis auf die Palme direkt am Balkon, die ist leider nicht mehr da.

Tolle Wohnung, gute Lage.

Wir hatten ein tolle Zeit auf Mallorca. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht.(*die Kopfkissen sind doch etwas weich, könnte man mal austauschen). Stefanie ist ein hervorragende Gastgeberin, die Tipps sind super und wir konnten einige Umsetzten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Todo súper bien, un día antes nos enteramos que había que pagar 65 € de limpieza y 16 € de una tasa que desde un principio yo pregunté y me dijeron que estaba todo pago, por eso bajo puntos. El resto todo ok
