"The staff were absolutely amazing and accommodating for all our needs, call out to George and Kris! The food was very good at the restaurant. Beach was calm and serene, in a cove. There are a lot of steps and elevations on this property, so if you book, best to be in shape physically to have the best experience. Overall, beautiful built on the mountain and gorgeous sunsets."

"To start with, please keep in mind that we are talking about a 3 star hotel. I would NOT recommend going in high season. We were lucky to go at the start of low season where the hotel was not too busy. Positives: Very nice pools, one with a swim up bar. It Located on a beautiful stretch of beach with many beach chairs and umbrellas available. Not so for the main pool area. Very few umbrellas available. Nice gym and games room. The buffet food options were better than the other two restaurants. The Coconut Grill between the beach and the main pool was also good for mid day meal. The staff was irregular. Some or super nice and attentive, others were less so. The main contra in this hotel is the actual rooms. They are a disaster with a desperate need of renovations. They have renovated a few rooms, basically on the ground floor. Such a peak at a superior king which looked much better with amenities like a small fridge and coffee maker and new furniture. Also more spacious. We were on the second floor. The tiny dresser's doors wouldn't slide opened and closed, there was no closet door. Everything is cement! The door to the bathroom is a sliding door which was off kilter and the shower door didn't close properly, so there was a puddle of water on the floor after every shower. I asked to see a renovated room and was told mine was a renovated room. ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE! Couldn't believe it! Sent 2 emails that were NEVER answered and given an excuse that they were sent to Florida HQ."

"This was our fourth stay and we just love it more and more. The newly remodeled waterfront rooms were beautiful. The restaurants were all great and the whole staff did an outstanding job with the White Beach Party on Friday night - what a lot of work! Congrats to everyone on a job well done!"

"Me and my partner had a wonderful time celebrating my 45th birthday at the Verandah. I met some of the best people. I have to give an honorable mention to Jensen in watersports at lovers beach, as he made our day everyday and also (Elvis or OlivisI believe that’s how you say it, the best bartender ever who made me feel special everyday and had the best positive attitude. Always greeted with a smile! Everyone was very warm and welcoming. I will definitely be returning. So many people to mention/ the guys who drive the golf carts very pleasant and welcoming. Front desk crew/ very helpful. I love you had everything you needed right there! We enjoyed our stay"

"This property is absolutely beautiful! The people manning the office are nice. The security is nice & helpful as we had a little trouble with the key to open the door. The gardens in this place are exceptional! The place is secure & location is the very best on the island...on Dickenson Bay. The sand is awesome, the beach in front of the condos is shallow & does not have tons of waves. The shopping isn't far away at all but you will need to drive or get a taxi. They have a grocery on the property. We didn't know about it originally. That information would have been helpful. We drove to the grocery store about 1.1 miles away. The website says the kitchens are fully furnished but that was not the case in the condo in which we stayed. The kitchen was very poorly stocked with cooking essentials."

"This place was absolutely beautiful. Food was great. Views were amazing. The ONLY thing a bit negative is that the locals and staff were not that welcoming. Some staff were excellent and friendly, some were not. Overall, I would rate it a 4.8 out of 5."
