With views of the Gondola and an unbeatable location, it’s the perfect mountain getaway for two to three families. Located just one block from The Village and the Village Gondola, you’ll enjoy easy access to shopping, dining, nightlife and the slopes via the village gondola all while being tucked away from the crowds. The fully equipped kitchen offers modern finishes and everything needed to prepare meals at home, while the dining area comfortably seats eight guests. After a day of adventure, relax in the cozy living room with a gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV. A private washer and dryer add extra convenience. This home accommodates up to 10 guests, with a king bed in the master bedroom, queen beds in the second and third bedrooms, and two sets of bunk beds in the fourth bedroom, ideal for families and groups. Conveniently located across the street from a shuttle stop, getting around town is simple year-round. Community amenities include a year-round hot tub and sauna, recreation room and laundry facilities, as well as a seasonal outdoor pool during the summer months. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness and recreation facility. Enjoy amenities such as an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga and Pilates studios, cycling classes, racquetball courts, basketball court, and a variety of wellness programs. Great Location for Larger Group

Easy check-in for parking permits The place suited our purposes for being close to the village with a group of us doing the Mammoth Tuff. Short walk for us to get to the village and surrounding restaurants.. It’s a short drive to several of the trail heads that we enjoyed. We cooked a little while there and the kitchen was well supplied. We all fit at the table comfortably. The place overall was comfortable.

I was really pleased to find that it's in a really quiet place, no roads going by it. Everything works, the beds are nice and dealing with Mammoth Reservations is WAY better (spelled: more human) than dealing with a mega site (you know that one).

Whether it’s great snow not so great snow or spring snow we always enjoy our time. This year the condo was nice but it was dirty the first time that’s happened to us. The actual management company phenomenal. Very nice very professional.

Spiderwebs on ceiling and bunk room was uninhabitable. Some of our guest were forced to sleep on couches as the room smelled like a urinal at a music festival on the last day!

The location was great...

The location was great, but the condo wasn't that clean. There were cobwebs everywhere and the dishwasher was full when we arrived. The cable and wifi was out, the property manager did try to fix it and was super nice it but it would have been better if it was working. We also had to wait for 1/2 hour (at 8:00 at night) for them to make a key for the condo as the cleaning crew had the keys. Great weekend non-the-less. I wish there was a button in between "I loved it" and "Not really" because that would be more accurate.

Reviewer Comments: The condo's very dirty.There were the mice traps and one in the kitchen got a mouse in it.The fireplace in the great room didn't work and it's the only source of heat in that room.We contacted the office twice about cold, after second unsuccessful attempt to repair the fireplace they've brought 2 heaters.Location is good.But for the money it's a very poor place.Not recommend.

Sinking sofa cushions, uncomfortable mattresses, window blinds are broken, kitchen pots/pans/knives are very worn, lighting is inadequate, pet hair is visible on cushions, and most bothersome is the smell of pet urine especially in the downstairs bedrooms. It was very inconvenient that the water heater was turned off prior to our checkin and it took many hours for anyone to have a hot shower. We would not recommend this rental for the price that was charged.

Dirty, worn out unit and furniture falling apart

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in unit #229 Mammoth Estates for the last week in July. The pictures on the internet look nice, but once you enter the unit, the carpeting is gross like it has not been cleaned in years. Bring socks! There were cobwebs and dust in most of the rooms, outlets, all windows were dirty. The cleanest room seemed to be the master bedroom downstairs. The grill on the balcony was filthy as if it hadn’t been clean in months. Upstairs there was a bedroom with a bathroom. Someone had left a bag of toiletries in the vanity and housekeeping missed that too. That bed was unsafe, we found the bolts in the carpet and put it back together. The night stand had the knobs off so it was unusable. The top drawer of the dresser was full of dvd’s so we could not fit all our clothes. The upstairs was about 80 degrees the entire time and only one ceiling fan in the living room. When you turned on that light, you could see all the dead bugs. About a few days after we checked-in we needed to clean, there was no vacuum, cleaning products, broom or mop available. When housekeeping came to clean the grill, she said she would return with a vacuum and no one came back with a vacuum. We ended up finding a small car vacuum in a closet and used it on black carpeting in the living room and stairs. After several calls and emails to Mammoth Reservations, someone dropped off a floor mop, but by then we had already asked family to bring cleaning supplies to us. The kitchen looks nice from the pictures, but 1⁄2 the cabinets are locked and there is no pantry to store your own groceries except for a metal shelf. This unit was in such poor shape, it should not be rented out. Downstairs there were dirty clothes in a closet and customer service asked us to put them outside, but no one in our family wanted to touch them. Don’t try opening the blinds for fresh air, they will fall off the window and they are very heavy. This place was depressing to stay in, but the locatio

Our dog had a blast staying with us as well! The place was clean and organized and close to all the essentials in town. Parking was easy and check in was very straight forward. We stayed over Labor Day weekend so unfortunately the neighbors decided to be really loud and party until 3 am, so I wasn’t sure if there was a number to call for noise complaint in the condo complex. Obviously that issue is outside of anyone’s control and not the owners fault at all. We would definitely recommend this condo and would love to stay again sometime!

Very cozy and great location

The place was very close to the village which was exactly what we were looking for. Getting to the mountain was only a couple minutes walk to the Gondola. We also loved everyone that worked there. They were very friendly and accommodating. Our puppy Baxter loved running around the community in all the powder as it was safe and away from the busy roads which was important. The only downside to our stay were the beds and pillows. They were very hard and uncomfortable which is not a hard fix. So, hopefully the owner reads this and updates the rooms.

We enjoyed our stay and the location was great for us! I would suggest better attention to some important details for your future guests. You need to provide a new coffee maker. The existing one leaks nearly 1/3 the pot all over your granite. The BBQ was not clean and the brush to clean it with was disgusting and full of debris and unusable. The propane tank was completely empty and we had to call for a new one. Also, with a guest list of 10 people, two kitchen dish towels were supplied. A few more would be better, along with a few wash clothes....there were none. There was a newer sponge/scouring pad under the sink. It was not packaged and had been slightly used. No telling where it had been used so we had to go buy one. A broom would be nice so that your guests could maintain the floors while visiting. The mattress on the bed in the master bedroom dips on one side but it is livable. Ceiling fans would be awesome in the bedrooms for the summer visitors. The window blinds in the front bedroom downstairs have broken slats. We plan on returning next year and it would be nice to know that these improvements are up to date as we will for sure consider your property again. We really enjoyed the end unit location as well. There was room there for the guys to play washer games, etc. We would rent this property again. Hope to see you next year!

Great cabin walking distance to The Village!

We had a great time at this condo. Walking distance to the Village Gondola was perfect for getting to the lifts easily every morning, and coming home at the end of a long day of riding on the mountain. The condo was spacious, with nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms. However, the bed in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable and lumpy, along with the pillows that are lumpy or just way too thin. Also, the upstairs living area is small if you have a full house. The community spa and sauna were great for all the sore bodies each night. We will most likely stay here again!

Nice size, not a short walk to gondola and heating in unit doesn't work well

The size of unit is nice. Description on unit says short walk to gondola. It is not a short walk. It is a shorter walk to the bus stop. Unit itself is maintained decent, but they have a gas burning stove and a wall unit to heat all common areas. This does not work well. Bring extra jackets and blankets during winter months, because common areas are always cold. One couch is absolutely abused. It is about 30 years old, terrible.
