LOCATION... LOCATION... LOCATION... SKI IN/SKI OUT... Beautiful Sunstone Condo on the top floor with views of Lincoln Mountain and chair 15, Eagle Express. Sleeps 4 (one king in the bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living room). The complex includes a hot tub and pool as well as a gym, laundry facilities and guest lockers on the 1st floor for ski and summer equipment. You will have a parking spot in the secure underground heated garage from check in - check out. Wifi Internet access is provided. Smart TV in living room and bedroom, great views from balcony and bedroom. New stainless steel appliances.

EAGLE EXPRESS CHAIR 15 (located next to our condo) usually operates from MID DECEMBER and shuts down for the season MID APRIL (this is dependent on snowfall). Check Mammoth Mountain Website for updates.
Just take your skis/board from the guest locker room and step onto the slope. And when you are finished for the day.......Just ski right back to your door.

Prior to Eagle Express and Canyon ski lifts opening mid Dec., mountain access is at Main Lodge or The Mill.

This condo does NOT have AIR CONDITIONING. There is air conditioning throughout the common areas of the complex.

Mammoth is a mecca for those that love mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, boating and fly fishing, as well as, skiing and snowboarding. Mammoth is truly a four season resort.

Perfect location and a beautiful place to unwind!We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to end our 6-day backpacking adventure. The condo was beautifully decorated, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the hot tub was exactly what we needed to soothe our sore muscles. We were especially grateful for the clear and precise check-in instructions—it made arriving after six days in the wilderness so easy and stress-free. Truly a perfect and much-appreciated stay!

Favorite Place!

We stayed for the blues festival again this year and were so happy that this unit was available again. Easy access, great view on the balcony and quiet. Can't wait to go back again.

The unit was tastefully decorated and well stocked. Having owned a Mammoth condo ourselves in the past, we appreciated the pride of ownership that was evident. The owner's directions were clear and entry and parking were simple. The only negative was the unit was quite warm, (possibly the result of the warm exterior hallways), and had no A/C. However, we used the bedroom fan and ceiling fan with windows open, which helped a lot.

Fresh Air Getaway

Kerry was an excellent host as she accommodated our requests and was quick to reply. We were looking for a four day getaway from the SoCal "rat race" and new Mammoth would provide us the clean air and tranquility we needed and wanted. The location of the condo was perfect as it allowed us to enjoy that peaceful solitude while also being within a 3 minute drive to both Vons and The Village. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying there again.

Condo was small, but very clean. We enjoyed sitting on the small deck. The owners were very responsive with our questions. Check-in was complicated, & there is no one at the facility to help. Thankfully the owners were responsive & helpful. Note: bring your own sugar (for coffee) none there.

"Cozy," quarters

The condo is small but fully supplied with everything one needs: cookware, plates, utensils, coffee maker, etc. there is no AC, so in the summer you'll have to rely on open windows and the fan. But the facility is well set up for winter snow adventures. Mammoth mtn Ski resort is maybe ten minutes drive.

Very nice condo!

This condo is very well kept! It is a joy to stay somewhere clean and taken care of! Check in was a breeze, as well as checking out. Rolling hotel carts are available at the elevators for moving your luggage! Description of amenities states a "drip coffee maker" but it is a combo Keurig drip/pods, and some pods and drip coffee were available in the unit. All the windows face the west, so on hot days it does get a bit warm. We were able to cool the condo off at night and close up windows for the hotter part of the day.
