After skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, or exploring Mammoth, come home to a real wood-burning fireplace, a large dining table for group dinners and games, a fully stocked kitchen, smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, and plenty of room to spread out.
The home is designed for families and groups who want comfort, convenience, and walkability. The living room has a real wood-burning fireplace with firewood supplied, a large-screen TV in the living room, books, games, and comfortable seating for relaxed nights in.
The kitchen is fully stocked for group meals, with a large dining table and island seating so everyone can gather together. The layout works especially well for two families, with two queen bedrooms for adults and twin/bunk rooms for kids, teens, cousins, or friends.
In winter, walk to the Village gondola and avoid the hassle of driving and parking. In summer, use the home as a basecamp for hiking, biking, fishing, boating, festivals, restaurants, and pool time.
We are close to the action and excitement of the Village (4 min walk) and the Westin (2 min walk) but private enough that you are not disturbed by any of it.

Maximum occupancy is 10 guests under our permit and insurance.
The home has a standard 50-gallon water heater. For larger groups, remember to be considerate so everyone has plenty of hot water.
The home is family-friendly, but it is not baby-proofed, has stairs and a real fireplace.
Laundry is shared with the development and located near the manager’s office (pay by app).
Mammoth Lakes requires local lodging taxes on legal short-term rentals. Our cleaning/linen fee reflects the size of the home, full turnover cleaning, and towels/linens for up to 10 guests.

Top floor: Living room, dining area (Seating 10 (8 adults comfortably at the main table) plus 2 at the bar)), kitchen, bedroom (Queen bed), shower room.

Living room has a Malm real wood fireplace and vaulted wood ceiling with skylights. The living room opens onto the balcony which has an electric Traeger BBQ and stores the free firewood.
Our home has a well stocked renovated kitchen: new plates, pans, utensils, coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, etc.
The living room has large flatscreen TV, surround sound, BluRay/DVD and IPTV (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu etc. (you will need your own accounts). We have lots of DVDs and music in the unit.
All bedrooms except bunk room have flat screens with IPTV.
All bedrooms and living room have a humidifier. All rooms have individual thermostat electric heating.
