The Summit Grand-72, a beautifully decorated at the Summit, is ready to be your home away from home to let you enjoy everything Mammoth Lakes has to offer! The entire condo has been fully remodeled with slate floors, a custom fireplace, and an updated kitchen with custom cabinets and granite countertops throughout. The spacious living area provides enough seating for the entire group! Kick back, relax, and watch your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV while the wood-burning fireplace warms up the entire house. The furnished balcony offers wonderful mountain and ski views and a comfortable dining area. The master bedroom features a king-size Tempurpedic bed for your convenience and to provide restful nights after a long day exploring the nearby surroundings and hitting the slopes. Take advantage of the Summit’s shared amenities that include outdoor swimming pools (summer months only), four year-round outdoor spas, saunas, a seasonal tennis court, BBQ area, newly-upgraded fitness center, and community laundry facilities!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
