Evergreen Cabin is ready to provide you with a cozy stay for your next trip to Mammoth. This beautiful new build has just been finished and ready for you to make memories. Located in Snowcreek s latest development, you will be in close proximity to skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, golfing, fishing, and more. The decor has the feel of a modern mountain cabin.
As you enter the front door you will be welcomed into the open entryway and stairs that go up to the main living area. The open concept family-dining-kitchen has plenty of space for your entire group. The family room has comfy seating that will accommodate your party. The space includes games, book library and a 65-inch Smart TV. Stay cozy with the warm gas fireplace and beautiful views of Mammoth Mountain. Evergreen Cabin sits at the highest point in Creekhouse to take advantage of the sweeping mountain views.
The dining table seats eight with additional seating at the island for four. The kitchen is well appointed with granite counters, top-of-the-line appliances and all the comforts of home to prepare your gourmet meal. Just off the dining room is a private covered deck with gas grill and patio furniture to enjoy the seasons.
Enjoy access to the communal jacuzzi and recreation room, featuring a pool table, ping pong, foosball, an outdoor shower, and exercise equipment!

There is a 2-car garage attached to the longest driveway in Creekhouse! You will have plenty of space to accommodate cars and toys even in the winter. Additionally, the garage is complete with an outlet to charge an electric car. Evergreen Cabin is a short 3-minute drive to downtown Mammoth and 10 minutes from skiing at Mammoth Mountain. The cabin is also on the free city shuttle route and on the town bike path.
Parking is available for 2 cars in the garage and 1 car in the driveway. Additional guest parking is available round the community on a first-come, first-serve basis. NON- SMOKING, PET FRIENDLY ($75 PET FEE PER DOG PER STAY- 2 dogs max)

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious, nicely furnished, clean and well stocked condo. Great quiet neighborhood and convenient location, close to restaurants, shops and the lakes. Use of garage and long driveway was a big plus! All the thoughtful details made for such a memorable trip. Would highly recommend!!
Everything about the process from booking to information updates, check-in, cleanliness of place, location, etc was a wonderful experience.Everything was easy to use in the home and the kids had a great time sledding in the front area
We were there for 3 nights and everything was great! Check in and checkout instructions were very clear. The cabin is very clean, the kitchen is very well stocked and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely book again if we visit Mammoth again!
This unit exceeded all our expectations. We loved and would absolutely book again. The views were great, the covered balcony was a bonus. The interiors were light, bright, modern and up to date. Ktchen was well-stocked. Five Star Lodging really deserve 5 stars! We were able to get an early check-in which was helpful. Rarely do you get a 2 car garage. We were here for the Mammoth 200 ultra marathon, so the garage space was perfect for our gear. Also, the living room/dining was really comfortable for several people to enjoy each other's company. This development is newer in Snowcreek. Having stayed in Snowcreek 1-4, we like this the best.
We had an amazing time in Mammoth! The house was equipped with everything you would need and was close to the main village. Snowcreek is a beautiful property, and we saw deer grazing in the meadow in the mornings. I would stay here again the next time we come up to Mammoth. Also, the fact that it was pet friendly was just an additional bonus
We loved our stay at Evergreen! The house was just as described. Everything was clean, neat and well maintained. The house is spacious and yet cozy for cold winter nights. Also a real plus to have a dog friendly place!!!

My family absolutely loved the Unit at Creek House. The place has everything you need for a wonderful trip. Modern appliances and very comfortable. Spacious and a two car garage. Perfect place to enjoy Mammoth. We will be back.
Lovely and spacious property, just as described in the listing. Very clean and well stocked. Excellent location, close to The Village and other local favorites. We had a family of 8, including adults, young kids, a teen and college aged young adults. Everyone was comfortable and happy. Easy check in process. Only suggestion would be to include more towels. Exactly as depicted and pictured. We loved our stay here and both agree it's our favorite rental out of all we've been too over the last 8 years in Mammoth. Has everything you need, comfortable, warm, nice views, great neighborhood. And an unexpected pleasant surprise, the garage is big enough (door height) for me to park my SUV with a large Thule roof top box inside. Makes unpacking and packing incredibly convenient, especially if it's snowing. Will definitely return! Thank you!
Very much enjoyed this property. This one was on the few three bedrooms with true closing rooms and not a loft. The rooms were a good size with a nice common and kitchen area. The only draw back is no AC and no screens on windows. With all the bugs this poses a bit of an issue in cooling the property down. Plenty of ceiling fans but for the price we expect AC during the summer months.

Stepping into the unit gave us the feel of New Car smell.
2 stories with 3 bedroom and open greatroom provides lots of space for 6 of us, ranging from 12 to 84, with a 15 lbs small doggy.
A bit of concern we had for it being not "stayed-in" was cleared to see every little detailes had been taken care of.
There are spices, salt/pepper, condiments in the kitchen, food wraps, ziplock bags, aluminum foils for preparing food and even Tupperware to save leftovers.
Only thing we'd suggest would be a food-processor or a blender (my daughter wanted to make a fruit shake).
There were 2 coffee makers, and both Keurig and Coffee to bree are provided.
Bathrooms are well-stocked too.
The Grill also was New, so we tried to clean it as well as we can after Christianing it.
The best part is that we were allowed to use the garage, so no need to dig out the car every morning.
The service provded by the Complex is real great.
It snowed like crazy on 1/4/23 & 1/5/23, but the snow-plowers were there to clear up the path and each driveway.
We would love to return to this unit or this complex again for a Spring or Summer stay for sure.
This unit couldn’t have been any better! It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and we loved the modern vibe! The location is perfect to access town, hiking and other Mammoth area activities. We loved it!
Beautiful property in the new Snowcreek, Creekhouse development. The townhouse had plenty of private and community space for our family vacation with adult children and pets. Well stocked kitchen, responsive management company, easy access to all that Mammoth has to offer.
We stayed in Mammoth for a family vacation and it was fantastic. The unit was spotless—great place to relax in between exploring everything Mammoth has to offer.
