Four large bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom, 8 person outdoor jacuzzi , dream kitchen for the chef, smart technology to enhance your stay, table tennis (summer activity), basketball hoop (summer activity) and more. All the comforts of home and everything you need for a wonderful mountain vacation.
The space
Luxurious bright open plan layout with stunning views of the mountains and the golf course. We have furnished our home with all the comforts of home, making it easy for you to relax and enjoy your stay.
The house is situated over two floors. Entrance to the house is on the ground level which houses the garage, three bedrooms (each with ensuite bathroom) and a laundry room. Upstairs is the Master suite, a large living area with gas fireplace, dining area, and well stocked chef's kitchen. Two spacious decks with BBQ and spa situated off the kitchen and living room. TV's in living room and also some bedrooms. Basketball hoop on driveway and table tennis table (for summer use) stored in garage.
All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, beautiful cotton sheets , soft fluffy towels etc. In addition the master suite has a second gas fireplace and direct access the spa (not currently available) and main deck.
Family friendly amenities throughout the house such as smart TVs, kids books, board games for all ages, sleds for tobogganing (winter activity) , scooters (summer activity) and a private backyard (great for snowman and igloo building in the winter). We also have a basketball hoop (by the garage) and a table tennis table in the garage that you are welcome to make use of. Please note that table tennis table is for summer use only. Basketball hoop is also best used in the summer when there is no snow.
Our home is technology enabled - wifi, Smart TV, charging hubs, smart keypad for easy access etc. .
Room for up to 3 cars in the driveway.
To kick start your stay we provide the following:
garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish washer detergent, dish detergent, laundry detergent, sponge, coffee, salt and pepper. Services are available in Mammoth for grocery delivery.
Note: COVID Restrictions in Mammoth Lakes have changed some of our policies. For example : We can no longer leave out EXTRA linens / towels or food.
Note:
(1) Our ski house include certain “Special Amenities” (e.g. private hot tub). WE do our best but this is not guaranteed to be available or functioning during Tenants’ stay, please check before you book.
(2) We get a lot of snow in Mammoth and sometimes it takes a couple of days to get the decks cleared. Please be aware of this.
