Perfect for a small family or a couple of friends, this comfortable condo offers a simple, well-equipped home base close to everything. The living area has plush seating around a cozy fireplace and a TV with an Xbox and DVD player, plus WiFi for easy streaming and staying connected. A sleeper sofa accommodates two additional guests.
An updated kitchen with ample counter space makes meal prep easy, and the adjacent dining table seats four. Slide open the doors to the balcony for fresh mountain air and a glimpse of the surrounding peaks. Down the hall, you’ll find the bedroom with a Queen bed and a mounted TV, and a full bathroom located just across the hallway. Community conveniences include one underground parking space, shared laundry facilities, a clubhouse with ping pong, and seasonal BBQ stations.

Important Things to Note
• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this home (please see photos for reference).
• WiFi: Provided, but due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Parking: One vehicle only in the assigned underground space (#108). Look for the Fireside Village parking entrance sign on the right-hand side.
• Communal amenities: Shared laundry facilities and a clubhouse with ping pong are available. BBQ stations are open in summer only.
• Pool/spa/sauna closure: The indoor spa, indoor swimming pool, and two saunas are closed until further notice due to snow-related structural damage; the HOA is still evaluating repairs.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of pets may result in additional cleaning fees.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• If available, early check-in/late checkout may be considered; requests must be made by 10:00 AM the day prior to departure and may incur a fee (up to $60 depending on hours requested).
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Location logistics: An easy walk to The Village and gondola access in winter. You’re also close to parks (Shady Rest, Mammoth Creek), Town Loop Path, Sierra Star Golf (seasonal), Mammoth Rock ’n’ Bowl, Volcom Brothers Skatepark, and shopping/dining at The Village, Main St/Old Mammoth Rd, and Minaret Village (Vons).
