Set at the base of Lincoln Mountain in the Mountainside Mammoth community, this three-bedroom, three-bath home combines true slope proximity with the comfort and privacy of a standalone residence. Guests can walk to Canyon Express, ski school, Chair 8, and the Village Gondola in minutes—no driving, no shuttle timing, and no hauling gear across parking lots.

Inside, the home is thoughtfully laid out for both gathering and downtime. The open-concept living level features a well-equipped chef’s kitchen with dual ovens and generous island seating, a large dining table, and a comfortable living area centered around a gas fireplace. Expansive windows frame views toward Canyon and bring in natural mountain light throughout the day.

Each sleeping area is intentionally separated to provide privacy. Great stay

Excellent location beautiful home , very spacious! Loved that it has a gas range for cooking and jacuzzi was clean and perfect after a days skiing right on the balcony . We will be back next year !

Perfect house and perfect location
