This cozy studio, 1 bathroom condo packs a big punch with sleeping arrangements for up to 5... value doesn't get better than this! The condo comes with a full size kitchen, dining area with seating for 5, a TRUE soaking tub, and forest setting views. There is a Full size Tempur-Pedic bed in the condo with a Twin trundle underneath, as well as a California King size Tempur-Pedic sofabed. Enjoy the cozy pellet stove in the living room, and a full kitchen to prepare meals and snacks. The La Vista Blanc complex has an outdoor pool (Summer only), Jacuzzi and public gas grill for your use and is conveniently located on the shuttle route, and with hiking trails leading directly from the complex. It is centrally located with a short walk to Groceries, Coffee Shops, Restaurants & Shops. Just 100 yards from the Mammoth Creek park, you can fish the creek, use the playground or picnic at the tables or large grassy area or enjoy the Mammoth Community Rec Zone or LA Kings Ice that offers a host of activities and year-round recreation opportunities. There is also EV car chargers available for free use at the Rec Zone. This condo sleeps a maximum of 5 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces, a portable private gas grill and a guest ski locker. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are 7 stairs to this unit, no stairs inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted. This TV has basic cable and a smart DVD player where you can access apps such as HBO, Netflix and log in with your account to view movies etc. Our calendar is updated in real time. . Room was a perfect for two people. The bed was comfortable and the pull-out couch was huge. They had all the basic equipment for cooking though the nonstick pans could be replaced soon as they were really scratched. The bathroom was stocked with lots of towels. Overall, I think the place was well worth the price and would come back. I really liked the pellet warmer and the other wall heaters were really strong. The one complaint which by no means was a deal breaker was that the TV was ancient and had a Blu-ray player with Netflix and Hulu which those apps were discontinued in 2019 (thus unusable). It would be nice if the TV was replaced by a cheap smart TV and that way we can access all the current Apps that we use at home (if this was done this place would be perfect). That said, everything was enjoyable and clean and would happily come back anytime... in fact, I plan to and use the returning customers discount code they provide which is a nice touch. Thanks again.

Perfect location

We loved staying here. It was a cozy place to use as a jumping off point for our various adventures in the area. We loved the beautiful walking path located behind the condo unit, and it's proximity to all the things in town Check in/out was straightforward and easy, and the price was very reasonable. We hope to stay again!

Perfect Getaway

The place was perfect for my fall trip to the Eastern Sierra. The space was clean, comfortable, and convenient. I loved the tub, definitely unique and great after a long days hike.

Just right!

Everything from check in to check out was smooth. The studio condo was perfect for a solo traveler and would have also accommodated one or 2 more people comfortably. Very clean and well-stocked kitchen.

Location is good. Pots and pans in cupboards had food on them and had to be washed before using. Studio is crowded with extra furniture, not like the pictures.

The studio space has comfortable beds and seating. The full soak tub is tricky to get in and out of but such a lovely soaking experience! The kitchen amenities were just OK but we made it all work to eat in.

Perfect for a Spring Ski weekend

The property was perfect for a last minute ski trip to Mammoth. It says it sleeps up to 5, which is technically true. But be advised this is a studio apartment with one bed, a pull out trundle, and a pull out couch bed. In terms of location, it is a quick drive to the ski village/mountain and has tons of stores within walking distance. Overall would recommend!

The condo was nice and served its purpose. A few suggestions. Lighting was plentiful but dim. Could use some brighter LED bulbs. Parking was convenient right outside the door. 9 minutes to the lifts was very handy.

The only difficultly there was the shower/tub. For me and other older people, it was difficult to get in n out. The wall of the tub is very high and I needed to sit on it to get in and out. But other than that it was a great stay.

It is a studio (no bedrooms) but is laid out well. 2 of us were very comfortable staying there for 3 nights (1 on the couch & 1 on the bed). We didn't use the trundle bed at all. Heater & fireplace kept us warm. Super convenient location a short walk from the red line shuttle stop, to Distant Brewery, and Vons shopping center. We would definitely stay here again. Can't beat the price.
