🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Parking: Two unassigned parking spaces are available in the community lot on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Stairs: Interior stairs are required, including access to the loft.

• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the Chamonix HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. The seasonal pool and BBQ stations are typically available during the summer months. The hot tub, sauna, clubhouse, pool table, and outdoor fire pit are generally available year-round.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.

• Permit: Town of Mammoth Lakes STR Registration TOML-CPAN-15792.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
