Great accommodations! Beautiful location, right next to mountain. The inside of the cabin was
recently remodeled and was very comfortable and clean. It was an easy walk from the cabin to the mountain lodge/gondola. We would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful place!
My girlfriends and I stayed at this condo for a few nights and it was the best! The location is unbelievable, we could ski to the lifts and the Yodeler restaurant/bar. The beds were super comfy and it felt like a home away from home with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The view out the front was so picturesque; white trees and slopes in the distance. Definitely hope to stay there again.

Great property and pet friendly
Had a great experience at Chalet 22. Very secluded and dog friendly. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the ski in / ski out in the listing. Its more of a walk. But overall i would recommend this property.

Family Ski Trip
We loved it. The location was perfect and the chalet was amazing. So beautiful. It was completely remodeled but still retained its charm. We ended up cooking every dinner at home and spending the evenings playing games by the fire. If we come back to Mammoth we will stay here again for sure.

Kelli, Dan and the rest of the staff Amazing
On arrival kelli was very nice and with a super attitude. I been to the challets before but really did not pay much attention to the staff as u was over welmed with the snow.
The cabins are super and very clean, dan stop by to pick up trash and refill toilet paper.
I want to go back but they are so book.
6 stars for customer service and friendliness.
This is our second time to the chalets. Another great trip, well-maintained, very nice staff, and the location can’t be beat. We will definitely be back!

Just What My Son Wanted For Us All
My grown son, who loves snowboarding, wanted to show his parents, sisters, nieces, and nephew why he doesn't mind routinely making a 5 hour drive from LA to Mammoth to snowboard. So we rented this cabin for 4 days for our annual family vacation specifically because it was ski in and ski out, and we weren't sure how the young ones (5, 7, and 9) and the older ones (56 and 63) would do in the snow. We chose wisely! This property was exactly what was needed so we never had to walk with gear to a shuttle stop , find parking, or spend unwanted hours in a bar with young kids waiting for the rest of the rest of the party to finish. Those who were tired or hungry simply skied home. Those who could get ready early in the morning, skied down to the lifts and got an early start on the day. FYI, the lessons for kids were worth every cent. They were unstoppable after the 2 hour class.
We packed all of our food, drink, gear, and clothes into our cars and arrived in 15º weather with snow starting to fall. Within 10 minutes, it was all packed into their Snowcat and taken right from our cars to the porch of our cabin. Inside, we found a warm, remarkably clean, and well-appointed updated cabin that looked just like the photos. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms well-stocked with shampoos and soaps, and a kitchen with plenty of cookware and dishes. The entertainment included cable TV in the living room, a game console, a vcr, movies, more firewood than you could burn, and plenty of board games and puzzles to choose from.
I am not sure when it happened, but our deck was cleared of snow and the trash was picked up by management. I was called 2 times to be sure that I didn't have any questions and to see if we needed anything. So thoughtful!
If you are cooking, bring your spices, oils, and such. If you like music, bring your speaker. We were in cabin #22 which is in the back. We loved it, but if you truly want to ski all the way to your front door, then you will want to book just a little closer to the runs. Be sure to work with Debbie. She can answer any question you have and also make sure that your trip goes as smoothly as possible. This house will not disappoint. If you want a place that is nice and homey and you look forward to snoozing on a comfortable couch in front of the fire...book it.

Perfect rental - perfect location
This chalet was perfect for our group of nine. It was very roomy, yet quite cozy. The kitchen was amazing, very roomy and looked right out into the family room. The layout was open and made it enjoyable for everyone to cook, play games and relax. And the beds were SO comfortable! Absolutely loved the location, right next to the Main Lodge and gondola. Surrounded by pine trees, it was very peaceful and serene. We were there in the summer and my husband was in heaven being able to ride his mountain bike down from the chalet and right up to the lifts where he enjoyed miles of trails. And Jim and Kelli, the managers, were THE BEST! They were so welcoming and friendly, we felt like they were old friends. This is the perfect place to stay and we can't wait to come back!

Awesome rental. Right by the skopes of Mammoth Main Lodge
This unit is well furnished, very clean and recently remodeled. Very spacious for two families. Location is tough to beat. It is a long walk for young kids to the lifts, but doable. The location of this unit on the property makes it very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely come back.

Fantastic Hideaway with Easy Access
The listing for this location is spot--on, yet still doesn't do it enough justice! The photos perfectly capture the chalet, but can't convey the beauty of the location, and what a peaceful, easy feeling the chalet has. Best part, is you can be totally relaxed yet be skiing in moments with the easy slope access. There was plenty of room for all of us to cook dinner, eat, and enjoy games and the fireplace without ever feeling cramped. The renovations are beautiful, yet the chalet has old school charm. I can't wait to come back and visit the chalet in the summer!

Excellent Location
What a beautiful experience being secluded in the mountains but just a short walk or ski to the main mountain and two restaurants with full lounge and bar. We stayed a total of six days and during one of those days the weather was pretty windy the slopes had closed early. We enjoyed staying in the chalet that day the large windows, spacious accommodation's and nice newer kitchen to enjoy great homemade meals made it a great time. If you don't want to drive to the slopes and enjoy the beautiful mountains and trees you cant go wrong . Be back next year !

Treehouse
I have stayed in numerous accommodations in Mammoth for over 25 years and this cabin is on the top of my list! It is clean, cozy, comfortable and set in the trees away from the hustle and bustle of the Main Lodge, yet close enough to walk to the restaurants and lifts. You can also hike along the cross country trails to the back country. I went for a Girls' Weekend but would take my family back!

Treehouse
This is a great place to stay, especially for those with kids. The cabin is surrounded by lots of open space, which is wonderful for playing and sledding. Because of the unique location, you feel like you are out in the woods, but you are just a two minute ski down to the main lodge. The cabin is quaint and the bathrooms may be original, but it is all clean and comfortable. We were also able to bring our dog, which was great. We all look forward to going back next year!

Home Away From Home
Spacious, charming, comfortable & clean. Also very conveniently located to the slopes and local shops!
We always enjoy our stay there, then arrive home rested and relaxed! Fun for kids too! Families with very young children should be aware of stairs to upper level.

Enjoy a wonderful stay that you will always remember
For over 50 years my family and I have been visiting Mammoth for skiing, fly-fishing, mountain biking, hiking and relaxing (sometimes). Of all the places I have stayed, The Treehouse is truely one the most memorable given that it is a classic A-frame Chalet surrounded by woods and with beautiful views of the Mountain. This Chalet's environment is comfortable, rustic, warm and quiet and you are only a short walk (or trail) away from the Inn, the Mountain and all their amenities. Enjoy!

The coolest place in Mammoth
You can NOT beat this location. This is the best place to stay at Mammoth. The view, the privacy, the proximity to the mountain are all awsome. Everything worked out great for me and my party. The chalet is roomy and fully furnished and everything worked perfectly. A GREAT DEAL!

Old Fashioned Mountain Paradise
For those of us looking for that old fashioned , private ,family experience with peace and quiet, "The Treehouse" offers an experience like no other. It is quietly nestled among the pine trees yet has a view of the top of the mountain from the front deck that is simply spectacular in the morning. The cabin is huge and can easily accomodate even a large family. It is walking distance to the slopes, the famous "Yoddler Haus" and quaint "Mammoth Mountain Inn".
Most important of all : You're at the base of Mammoth Mountain quite simply the best pure mountain for skiing or boarding in the country.
