Close to Village Gondola, Eagle & Canyon Lodge - Free shuttle picks you up right outside the front door of the condo every 20 minutes during ski season!

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 4 bedroom 3 bath, 1694 sf. end unit condo. Just steps away from the front door is the bus stop to catch a free shuttle ride to either Canyon Lodge or Eagle Lodge. The shuttles run every 20 minutes during ski season, so no need to drive to lifts during your stay. The master bedroom has a king-sized log bed and private newly remodeled bathroom . The second bedroom sleeps 4 with two bunk beds (4 twin beds) and a 3rd bedroom on the 1st floor has a queen bed. There is a full bathroom just outside the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms. Upstairs, the 4th bedroom has a king bed and is adjacent to the newly updated half bath. The spacious living room is furnished with a new extra-large leather couch and 2 new swivel reclining chairs. A great space to read, play games or relax watching the 65" smart TV and entertainment center. The dining space has a large, reclaimed wood table with seating for 10. The newly remodeled kitchen is equipped with a new fridge, stove/range, and everything needed to cook a dinner for a large group. Each bedroom has an electric heater, and the common area is heated by a charming wood burning stove (wood included). The property is just minutes away from all of the best attractions Mammoth has to offer, and guests are sure to are sure to enjoy having the whole place to themselves.

Great condo with plenty of room for all of us. Updates throughout the condo while keeping mountain charm. Great quiet location but plenty of walkable areas in Mammoth. shuttle stop right outside made mountain access easy. Greg was great to deal with, would definitely stay here again!

Everything is exactly as it looks and it was nice to have the big open kitchen/family room area. We loved that there isn’t carpet anywhere besides I believe the stairs bc most pet friendly lodging has carpet and usually smells off. This place was clean and simple, perfect for our bigger group.

Great stay in a convenient location

I had a large family and a dog that was splitting time between this condo and a camprground at camp high sierra. Its super close to the campround (1 min) and also close to the downtown area. Family had a great time and plenty of beds to go around! Check in and checkout was super easy amd not a ton of to-dos on the day of checkout

This condo is a great location for skiing and enjoying the village and the surrounding area. The kitchen, living room and dining room were perfect for our gathering of 7 (2 families). There was a lot of room for dinner prep and gathering as a group.

The location was great! Greg was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The space was great. We were a little disappointed, based on the listing description we should have gotten three bathrooms with three showers. Unfortunately, we had three bathrooms with two showers, but we made it work.

Great Location

The condo was in a very nice neighborhood, very peaceful and safe. Remodeled kitchen with plenty of dishware. The condo was clean and has a great layout and is located in a great area. We did run into a couple issues but the issues were resolved. We would definitely come back and stay at this rental in the future.

The Corner lot condo is in beautiful condition, very clean, fully stocked kitchen for cooking with new appliances including a great coffee bean grinder. Spacious living area including: 4 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a 1/2 bathroom. Large family dinning & living room. Heating in every room plus wood burning fire place, very cozy. Bus stop to mountain, town or village right outside of the condo. the condo is located right off the main street of Lake Mary Rd. Super convenient. Parking is great, also overflow parking available, too!

Super fun condo!

There are two families with a bunch of kids from elementary to high school age. The bunkbed was the center of activity at night, and the beautiful remodeled kitchen and the living area was the center for dancing and karaoke. Everyone snowboard and skied and the location was perfect to Pick up the shuttle either to the village or to Eagle Lodge. It could not have been more convenient. I think I traveled just a couple of feet with my equipment. Greg was a great host. He was accessible and responsive and just super five star host .
