Good location for a Mammoth stay.

Good location, comfortable cabin with great tennis court adjacent. We enjoyed our stay with a group of 7 family members! The owner was very responsive to questions.

Check in was simple. Well stocked kitchen which was a pleasant surprise after many rentals without enough dishes/pots and pans and silverware. Although it is small, it is a very functional and well stocked kitchen and 3 adults are able to work easily in the space. Rooms are comfortable. Perfect getaway property for a family getaway.

We need bigger unit for 8 people. The condo is old and needs remodeling. Kitchen is well stocked. Outside is good.

Lovely stay

Paul's place is very clean and comfortable, and has more than excellent amenities for our family. With the pandemic and traveling with two seniors and a teenager, Paul's home is exactly what we were looking for - a spacious 3 bedroom with 3 full bathrooms. They sanitize in addition to cleaning; as well as ensure a 48-hour gap between guests. The home is in a great location - just close enough to all the scenic Mammoth Lakes and nearby spots, but also secluded enough so we are away from the crowds. Paul was also very highly communicative. There was an issue with the screen door, and he sent people over immediately to take a look at it. The home is also equipped with a wide variety of cooking gadgets and utensils - it made it easy to cook at the house. The house is also right next to a tennis court (not sure if it is open during pandemic times, but a great amenity). Thank you so much Paul for a very lovely stay! Our whole family enjoyed your home!
