Great location and property

Property is in a great location - right in Mammoth Village, walkable to lots of shops and restaurants, and right next to Minaret Rd for access up to the main lodge. Parking is convenient (underneath the building, with easy elevator access). Unit itself was clean and well stocked, and had a good assortment of bed options with comfortable mattresses. Communication with host was prompt and informative. Would be happy to return here!

Condo was clean and well equipped. AC did a bit of cooling. At least one operable window in each room. Decent sized patio. End unit, quiet. Right next to a flight of stairs that takes you out to the front of the building (exit only) which is helpful if you have to park your oversized vehicle across the street in the summer. Pool access is fantastic. The Village is so nice for kids!

Property was lovely, just a described. Plenty of room for my husband and I and 2 adult children. Easy axcess to gondola and ski rentals. Great instructions and communication from vrbo owner!

We just had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving! Everything is as Described- place is clean, stocked well, & we really liked the double full sized bunk so our kids could choose sleeping together on bottom or each having their own bunk! However the Best part was the communication with the property manager. We go to Mammoth and rent from STRs A LOT, and she was hands down in our top tier. Don’t hesitate with this place and book it now!!! Can’t wait to return!!!!

Perfect condo for a ski getaway

We’ve stayed many times in Mammoth for skiing and summer stays. This condo has the perfect mix of great location, all the amenities we needed, enough room for our family of 6, easy communication and check-in/check-out, etc. We really couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Good but brief stay

Just overnight, but great location with access to town and the mountain. It was easy to find, and walking distance to multiple dining options. Nicely appointed space with more than enough room for the three of us with an adequately stocked kitchen including a Keurig and toaster. Host was very responsive to helping us get into the unit and stayed in touch to make sure we were settled.

Great location

This condo is in the village and you can walk to many restaurants/stores etc. We enjoyed the condo! It is well equipped and has a nice patio that is shaded by trees. Check in/out was easy. Ample parking even for a big truck. Overall…a great stay! Thank you.

Easy ski condo

Had a nice time in this spacious condo in the village. While it’s at the end of a long hallway (so be aware when unloading car) it was worth the extra space. My kids loved the bunk beds!

Very nice stay!

Great place in the best location. Got to love everything about this very nice accommodation in the Village. Very nice owner, with good management. Everything you need is provided in this corner unit with nice views. If I could change anything I would have firmer beds as that's what my old back prefers, but some may feel otherwise. Looking forward to my next visit.............Thank-you!

Perfect stay in Mammoth

We love Catherine’s unit in Village, rooms are clean and comfy, especially we love to sit in balcony for the nice view. The unit is very close to gondola and many restaurants(Smokeyard BBQ is our favorite, Hugs ice cream is delicious) , also we found a tiny grocery store in village. The communication with Catherine was so easy, she replied our questions right away. We love our stay, feels like we were in winter wonderland for a few days, we will come back next time for sure. Everything we needed!

Such a great first time in Mammoth. We chose the village due to the proximity to the gondola. With 3 teens boys and an 8 yr old we needed a place that had something to offer everyone. Being able to hop on the gondola and hit the mountain or make a quick trip back to the condo was priceless. We parked our car and never needed it again. Catherine was great giving all kinds of helpful information. She responded within minutes! We will definitely be back

Good condo but hot in summer

Very convenient location. Well furnished and equipped condo. Very clean. Condo is located over vents of the parking garage ventilation system making it very noisy to open windows and balcony door (perhaps also unhealthy). Since there is only a portable air condition unit in the living room, the bedrooms are hot during summer.

Favorite condo in the village

We have stayed in a number of condos in the village and this was my favorite. We are a family of five with kids age 11, 8 and 6. The kids stayed in the second bedroom and easily could have had five in there with the large bunk bed/trundle combo. The location of the condo within the village is great. It’s off the elevator close to the lobby and the main pool, at the end of the hall on the street side, which means it’s much quieter than some of the other ones we’ve stayed in. Check-in and out was super easy. We didn’t have any reason to contact the owner or property manager but we had their number and they were responsive upon checking in. Five stars all around!
