Good but not great.
"Room was good though the view was just the side road entrance to the car park. Hotel staff all very friendly and the public areas had a good ambiance. Breakfast was excellent. Our problems were with the comfort levels in the room. There were 8 pillows in our room but all with the same degree of firmness, ..."

"Lovely staff throughout, spa facilities excellent, comfortable room and dinner was delicious with good choice / variety available. Location good tor showground for RHS show. But sandwiched between Aldi and Premier Inn. Imdustrial location so not exactly on doorstep of Malvern Hills for walking."
