The Space:

Set in a peaceful pocket of Malua Bay, Three Beaches combines contemporary coastal style with plenty of room for families and groups to relax.



The main living area is upstairs, where soaring ceilings and an open-plan design create a bright and spacious place to come together. Settle into the lounge beside the built-in electric fireplace, prepare meals in the beautifully appointed kitchen with a butler’s pantry, or gather around the banquette dining area after a day exploring the coast.



Large glass doors open onto the generous sun-filled deck, extending the living space outdoors. With a BBQ and alfresco dining area, it’s an easy spot for morning coffee, long lunches or relaxed evenings in the sea air.



The home sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms, with three bathrooms for added convenience for larger families or groups.

Mountain bike riders can reach the Mogo trail network in around 10 minutes.

Malua Bay Beach is patrolled during the summer season, while nearby Club Malua, the local IGA, restaurants and bottle shop make everyday essentials easy to access.



For those wanting to explore further, the Munjip Coastal Headlands Walking Trail is nearby, and the Mogo Mountain Bike Trails are approximately a 10-minute drive away.



Getting Around:

With three beaches within walking distance, you won't need to jump in the car every time you want to head to the coast.



A car is useful for exploring further afield, including Batemans Bay, Mogo, neighbouring beaches and the Mogo Mountain Bike Trails.



Free parking is available at the property.
