The Space:

Welcome to your bright and airy coastal retreat in Malua Bay. Large windows flood this impressive 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home with natural light, highlighting the sleek timber floors and modern furnishings. With stunning sunrise views, this is the perfect destination for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.



The well-designed layout includes three comfortable living areas, providing ample room for your group to unwind. Downstairs, an open space is perfect for children to play. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, which you can enjoy at the dining table for eight or the kitchen bench for four.



Each of the four beautiful bedrooms exudes comfort, featuring two king beds and two queen beds. The polished bathrooms add a touch of luxury, with one offering a rain shower and the other a relaxing bath. A convenient powder room is also available. Step outside to the undercover alfresco area, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a BBQ dinner while overlooking the landscape.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the home during their stay, excluding any locked owner cupboards or storage areas.



Self-check-in is available via the key safe. Check-in details will be provided prior to arrival once all pre-arrival requirements have been completed.



Please note that stairs are required to access parts of the property.

Batemans Bay is around a 10-minute drive away, offering a wider range of restaurants, cafés, shopping, boat ramps and family-friendly activities. Guests can also explore nearby attractions, including Mogo Wildlife Park, local beaches, walking tracks, lookouts and the wider Eurobodalla coastline.

Malua Bay IGA is approximately a 2-minute drive, making it easy to pick up groceries and everyday essentials during your stay. Club Malua is also close by—around a 10-minute walk—offering a great option for casual dining, drinks, or an easy night out without needing to drive.



Malua Bay Beach is just a few minutes away, providing patrolled swimming areas, surfing, fishing spots, and scenic coastal walks suitable for all ages. A short 10-minute drive north takes you to Batemans Bay, where you’ll find a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarkets, entertainment, and family-friendly activities along the waterfront.



Other Things to Note:

We ensure our property is stocked with all the essentials, including tea, coffee, body wash, toilet paper, and basic laundry and kitchen supplies. For anything beyond the basics or specific to your needs, we recommend bringing your own to ensure a comfortable stay.



This property is provided with all linen and towels, although we do ask guest to bring their own beach towels.



Small pets under 10kg are permitted upon request. An additional cleaning fee of $100 applies for all pet stays.
