This 2-story townhouse has all the modern touches with that beachy feel.

Upstairs, you will find the open plan living, dining, and kitchen, which is the heart of the home, with a treed outlook and an ocean breeze.

Each bedroom has been styled in calming neutral tones with the main bedroom having its own ensuite and TV to sit back and relax after a day in the sun.

Downstairs, you will find the laundry for guest use for that longer stay and parking in the double garage.
