"Room wasn’t ready at time of check-in but offered another room at €50 per night extra which incl Club M lounge access- kinda good, nice staff in lounge area, it was more pleasant for breakfast compared to buffet on level 2 but we had paid for breakfast with our original sea view room, so not a saving. Manager was very nice & decorated our bed plus Prosecco & cake for our anniversary, so that was extremely nice. Large hotel but staff made you feel special. Wigi’s restaurant close by is a must too"

"Excellent location next to the port. All staff were fantastic and friendly, the receptionist who checked us in was wonderful. Free parking but a bit hair raising getting up the slope. Breakfast was plentiful and I enjoyed the variety. The roof top bar was superb and the cocktails were amazing!! The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. "Nice quirky boutique hotel with friendly staff. Good breakfast selection. Room was spacious and comfy. Had a leaking shower and didn't get clean towels some days (despite having to use them to clean up the water that leaked). Spa facilities were good but the staff were a little disorganised but all got resolved in the end. Pool area was simple but nice. Shout out to Jeffrey who helped us with a smashed bottle one night and could not have been more accommodating. We enjoyed our time here."
