Nice room, excellent location but bad bed
Everything was great except the bed. It was terrible. A double bed sagging towards the middle. The only way to get comfortable was to move the mattress to the floor.

Yeesh. Nice place could be great -so many problems
The apartment was clean and the location is great but so many problems. 1) The room we received is NOT the one in the picture it was much smaller. 2) It was under construction, in theory but the only thing we saw was construction mess in the hall for a week, signs waiting to be installed. 3) a few electrical socket did not work 4) the worst the front door code did not work for days, but instead of informing us of other ways to get into the place - nothing. We could only email, the phone number and whatsapp did not work.

Not my first chioce
Very helpful team (you'll need a code to check in to enter and exit the hotel/room) helping getiing my missing code. That said, the place felt run down. Same for the roo. Mattresses titally saggy, the table was dirty (stains that u washed off) and bathroom appeared clean but smelled like pissoir in Paris. Good location, with access to food shopping. I did not try to cook (the glass of the stove was broken and cracked, an i didn't bother to figure out if it works.

There where some dust in my apartment, could be cleaned better. It would also be great if you could inform the guests that you you don’t use B, just your number code to get in to your flat. That you use B everywhere else in the hotel. A lot of guests had problem to get in to there flat. Everything else was great!

Great location but quite noisy
Location of this hotel is fantastic - walking distance to everything in the city center. Spacious, clean rooms but delivery/garbage trucks arrive very early in the morning and are very noisy. We had to close the windows regularly because of the rubbish smell. I would stay again but perhaps not during the summer time.

Very clean and staff extremely helpful. The breakfast I good.. Communal area is great and they have activities for the children. We have stayed 3 times now and are looking to return in November this year.

Convenient, comfortable, good value
A cutting edge hotel using codes for front and room doors. No need for check in even late at night. Rooms are a good size and kitchen facility in them is good. Excellent breakfast.

Excellent location and condition
Location and general standard was excellent. Cleanliness also, except for some issues which we sorted out ourselves. The kitchenette was very nice and very clean. It was all together a very nice room for a 10 nights stay. The breakfast is ok, but the selection of cold cuts could be varied a little bit. It should be noticed that there is no daily housekeeping, and that the bed linen are only changed after 7 nights.

Great stay
Overall, we had a great stay. The service and location were great. A couple of recommendations - a little more variety from day to day for breakfast would have been nice but it was great to have vegan options upon request. Also, we were told that the room would be cleaned every week. Unfortunately, that's only true if you stay more than 8 days. We stayed for 8 so never had our room cleaned. I realize that the infrequent cleaning is part of the reason for the great price but it really should be done every 3 or 4 days. I also don't understand why we were asked to take out our garbage at the end of our stay - would it really have been that much to add for the clean up crew? As I said though, because of the great service and great location, I would still highly recommend this hotel.

Great location. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Great wifi, breakfast. Comfortable beds. Great having laundry facilities available. My only complaint is the smokers outside of my window.

Economical hotel in Lund
The Forenam Aparthotel is an inexpensive, clean, hotel with spacious apartment style rooms and terrific service, decent breakfast, and close to everything in Lund. The only suggestion I have to make it even better is to change the coffee you use. It is terrible, seriously awful tasting. If they remedy that then it would be my number one place to stay in Lund.

Spacious, clean room
Location of the hotel is excellent and walking distance to everything. Our room, at the back of the hotel, was clean and spacious. Large bathroom with a good size shower. The bed was too soft for my liking. Also quite a lot of noise during the night which disrupted a good night's sleep. Breakfast was fine with a choice of yoghurt, cereals, deli meats/cheese, some fresh fruit and eggs.

So easy to use, with keycode sent to us in advance, so we could access our room straight away without the usual need to check in. Bed was comfy, room quiet. Central and quiet
Very spacious and clean room, no-nonsense design. Very good, and clean, kitchen facilities. The hotel couldn’t be more central in Lund, but with very quiet surroundings. The breakfast was ordinary but good, and the girls taking care of it did an excellent job. If the water flow and pressure in the shower had been better, our score for comfort would have been higher. One should be aware that there is no daily cleaning of the room, and that the reception is only staffed during daytime.

It was lovely. The code was very convenient for coming and going. I only have one suggestion-change how the shower head is held. The hose with my shower head had a bad leak and sprayed water everywhere. Otherwise it was great!

Disappointed in Lund
Our stay was for 16 days. Linens and towels were changed once with one room cleaning. Policy was once a week. Furnishings were sparse for 2 people. Only one small wardrobe to stow 2 weeks of clothing and one chair to lounge. Minimal kitchen ware. A toaster would have been nice. Room was located over the truck delivery entrance so no need for an alarm clock, 6:00 AM was evident. We have family in Lund and will be visiting on a regular basis. Unfortunately these accommodations will not suffice for our future visits.
