The hotel was busy but not noisy, and the bus to Malmö Central station was just outside the building so very convenient for public transport. The room was clean and very comfortable plus we really enjoyed the breakfast - so much choice in both hot and cold foods!

The initial impression wasn't great as the lobby is a bit underwhelming. The room was clean and well done although the bathroom had a bit of a hospital vibe. I was on a high floor facing the street and the street noise on a Saturday night was pretty bad. I thought there was a club from the bass but it turned out to be the cars! The breakfast was great and the staff very helpful. Despite the negatives, I think it's a great deal for the money.

Excellent hotel
We always like staying at Quality Hotel the Mill when visiting family in Malmö. The staff are friendly and helpful and our rooms are always very clean and comfortable. (Wish it was possible to open the window, though!.

The property itself seemed very old and somewhat rundown, but with modern decor. Overall, it was clean and interiors were nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with various options and dietary restrictions. Loved it, we couldn’t have asked for a better breakfast. The bus stop drop off from the train station was right outside our hotel and location was optimal for public transportation. There were plenty of restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops that we discovered maybe a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel which was excellent as we enjoy walking and taking public transportation as it’s very cheap and easy. We chose this location in Malmo primarily because it was an easy train right into Denmark across the bridge. We spent more time in Copenhagen than we did Malmo but we enjoyed it. We also ventured out to Lundt for the day and found various coffee shops/restaurants. Our entire stay was lovely. The gym is small but we’ll equipped with free weights which I prefer. Front desk was friendly, although the male employees were far less knowledgeable than the female employees. They were very helpful and polite. The only thing we disliked was having to request housekeeping service the day before, that should just be included… the room was basic, the water pressure could be better but we did have a great view of the town from our room. Overall, it was a very comfortable and excellent stay.

The hotel was fine, rooms an ok size but I was surprised that there was no cupboard for clothes, safe or tea facilities. Maybe that is the Swedish standard for 3.5 star so cant complain. Decent price. I asked for a breakfast tea at the bar and they couldn't give me one. Only green tea. That was a surprise. Ok it was the bar but I thought they would have had some.

It was a bit difficult to find the entrance on a side street to the address! Entrance signs and plants are needed to draw people in. Comfy beds. Friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet.

10 minute walk to the centre of Malmo, 15 minute walk to the train station. Friendly reception staff, nice atmosphere in the bar, breakfast is excellent. Very comfortable beds, nice big room. Good view from 12th floor. Couldn't open windows though but suppose it's a safety issue. No tea coffee facilities. Nice big soft towels.

Wonderful stay, Awesome Breakfast!
Lovely stay for a couple of nights. Location is really convenient for getting around with public transport right in the doorstep. The room was smart and clean, with a comfortable bed! What more could you ask for?! Breakfast was definitely worth waking up for, a great selection of hot and cold items, plenty of drink options including some very delicious smoothies! The staff were fantastic, always very polite and courteous and happy to help with whatever you needed. Will definitely stay again!

Visited for Sweden National Day - hotel location was an easy walk to Malmo parkrun and even though I had checked out that morning, reception were very helpful in storing my luggage until I came back to collect it later - I was also allowed to shower in the gym and was supplied a towel - fantastic customer service - thank you Frida

‘Twas the night before parkrun
A relaxing one night stay on the eve of parkrun. The hotel was lovely and quiet and the staff made me feel very welcome. Ideal transport links for getting back to Copenhagen airport.

Bekvämt och lugnt
Mycket bra hotell för arbetsresa. Utöver alla bekvämligheter man kan behöva så finns det ett bra skrivbord och snabbt internet. Sängen var mycket bra och rummet var tyst och skönt. Även frukosten var mycket bra och servicen perfekt.

Information om hur man skall betala parkering framgår varken i bokningsbekräftelsen eller välkomst meddelandet. Personalen i receptionen var inte heller uppdaterade om vad som gäller. Detta är inte acceptabelt för mig kund. Kunden skall inte behöva riskera att en P bot baserat på dålig information och okunskap bland personalen. Denna information måste vara tydlig och delges kunden i god tid.

Great stay - would definitely recommend it
We had a fantastic stay. We will definitely rebook another time when visiting Malmø. We usually stay in 4 star hotels, so I was a bit reluctant to book this with 3,5 stars. I must say it was better than many hotels with a better rating. The decor is different and cozy, breakfast is great and the same goes for service. Also the location of the hotel I great!
