The Pergola is a cosy and modern property located in Capdepera, one of the most beautiful and peaceful corners of Mallorca, just 350 metres from the sea. With an area of 120 m², this house has been designed to offer maximum comfort during unforgettable holidays by the Mediterranean.

Upon accessing the charming terrace, we find an outdoor dining area with a table and benches, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors or a summer barbecue under the parasol. The lawn garden offers sunbeds for sunbathing and a covered porch where you can relax in the shade with a good book or a drink at sunset.

Inside, the home features a spacious living room with a chaise longue sofa, natural fresh air, and television, as well as a dining area for four people. The modern and functional American kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare your favourite dishes.

Nette kleine Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, der Ablauf (Schlüsselübergabe etc.) war alles problemlos. Schade war, das die Fenster alle foliert waren und man somit nicht rausschauen konnte. Im Sommer wahrscheinlich kein Problem, da man die Fenster öffnen kann aber jetzt im Winter war es dadurch beengend. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dennoch genossen und können das Apartment weiterempfehlen.
