Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast provided a lovely range of food, and the lovely staff there was very informative and engaging. I asked her a few questions and she was lovely in her answering.

Had a wonderful short stay at the Continental. Staff are so nice, helpful and polite. Room comfortable and good breakfast options, breakfast staff were lovely. Area nearby(Santa Catalina) fantastic for dining options. Would we recommend…absolutely, would we stay again…definitely. Thank you to you all.

What we liked was the size of the rooms, especially the bathroom with a separate shower. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The breakfast we ate on one day was really well cooked and very good value for money. The staff were super polite and very helpful. Overall, really happy with my stay.

The reception staff were particularly nice, efficient and very helpful. The hotel was in good order. Our room was very large and airy with an excellent ensuite bathroom - a nice place to chill out.

This hotel is situated a bit out of the hubbub of central Palma, but close enough to walk into it. Lots of walkable options for good food. The hotel itself is well kept, with clean, quiet, good sized rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. They do have a parking garage where you may park for a reasonable fee- a godsend in Palma. My only disappointment is that the breakfast ( not included) was mediocre and not worth the extra money. Otherwise- very good value!

Very nice hotel, right in the city centre in Palma. I have had a large room with a large bathroom and yhe balcony overlooking famous windmills.

A short city break
This is our go to hotel in Palma. It’s in a great position not far from Jaime Tres so close to all the shops and all amenities. The rooms are large and spotlessly clean. The hotel has an old fashioned feel which makes it quite grand. I think we have stayed here about ten times over the years which is a pretty good recommendation!

A couple of issues with our room that were a minor inconvenience. The temperature control was not working properly and the shower door leaked on to the floor but otherwise it was a very pleasurable stay.

The Continental is our go to hotel in Palma. It’s in an excellent position and has lovely big rooms and bathrooms. It has old paintings on the walls and has quite a grand feel. It’s easy to access the centre of Palma and the stop for the airport bus is just round the corner.

Clean and quiet
Lovely hotel, very clean, great location. It was very quiet, but it lacked the buzz of a city centre hotel. Rooms were spacious and huge bathrooms. Felt like it was more a business hotel than a tourist one.

Fabulous hotel spotlessly clean very comfy beds amazing bathroom great location to explore palma was partners birthday whilst we was there and got a bottle of bubbly waiting for us bonus the only downside was we had to keep asking for more coffee satchets if you can call it that

Hotel was ok maybe a little dated but good price. Bed was comfy. Good location. Quick check in and friendly staff. Had a glass of wine at hotel had to ask for it changed as tasted off. Next glass still not good from new bottle. Think they need to rethink their choice of white wine as would have stayed for another drink. Will stay again.

A short stopover
I can’t remember how many times we have stayed here but it’s lots! There are several reasons we return. The hotel is in a very central position close to restaurants bars and shops. The rooms are very spacious and the large bathrooms have been refurbished. We tend to book room only so can’t comment much about the breakfast.
