The first impression was good, staff was very nice. My room was clean and simple, didn't need much more. I didn't know I was sharing a bathroom. There is no elevator so carrying your bags three flights up can be a little tricky. The price was good and it was quiet enough to sleep, some laughs or coughs or doors. Wifi was very strong.

Great Value!!!
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay here. Yes the room was basic and it was shared w.c. but it is a hostal after all, and for the price it was amazing value. Staff are super friendly and the breakfast was great value. Bed was very comfortable and shower was very clean. Overall a great place if on a budget.

Lovely staff, attentive and well managed
We stayed here for three nights. The hotel provided us with beach towels and inflatables, hair dryer.. almost anything you can think of and free of charge. The room was not big but need were comfortable and all was very clean. It's location is good as it's close to the beach and the airport bus stop. They helped us plan for activities and always received us with a smile. Definitely 100% recommended

No parking on-site, no AC
Stayed here for a couple nights in June. The staff was friendly, but not overall very helpful and not too much English. If you are more fluent than us in Spanish, this shouldn't be a problem. No AC and I imagine this would be very hot in summer. Complimentary parking on-site was absolutely false. Street parking was available for free, if you could find it. Had to leave our car close to 6 blocks away up a hill.

Ensemble très propre. Bonne communication avec la réception. Bonne literie. Bruit d’appareil (compresseur ou moteur) très gênant la nuit toutes les 20 minutes. Prevoir bouchons d’oreilles pour les sommeils legers comme moi.

Le personnel est très sympathique, à l'écoute et souriant. Le petit-déjeuner a un bon rapport qualité/prix , beaucoup de chose à manger et pas cher pour un hôtel. Le prêt de crème solaire et matelas pour la plage est un vrai plus. La chambre est spacieuse ,il y a de quoi ranger les affaires . Il y a également la clim (très appréciable). Le seul point noir c'est qu'on entend ce qui se passe dans le couloir et la chambre du dessus

Rapport qualité/prix rien à redire, la chambre était grande et propre avec une terrasse, nous avions des serviettes a disposition (pas de gel douche et shampooing). Cependant, pour ceux qui viennent en voiture ne chercher pas de place à proximité de l’hôtel, vous pouvez vous garer près du LIDL il y a beaucoup de places disponibles.

meilleur surprise de ce séjour !
Meilleur service, très aimable et amical. Personnel toujours là et souriant. Services au top. Bouées et serviettes pour la plage à volonté ! La propreté était irréprochable, 3 minutes à pied d'une plage paradisiac. Cerise sur le gateau, très bon réseau WiFi et du bon café. Bref, si je reviens à Palma, je sais déjà où je vais rester!

Sehr nettes Personal die Zimmer sind relativ klein und spartanisch eingerichtet das Badezimmer war für Erwachsene viel zu klein man konnte sich kaum drehen duschen war in der kleinen Dusche kaum möglich ich werde trotz der guten Lage zum Strand nicht wieder buchen.

Pasamos muchísimo frio por la noche y luego era imposible ducharse decentemente por la falta de presión del agua. Eran lágrimas en vez de gotas de agua Además había que subir 4 plantas sin ascensor...

Mein Aufenthalt in der Villa Maruja war sehr angenehm. Die Mitarbeiter haben sich reizend um mich gekümmert. Frühstück- und Getränkeservice waren sehr gut. Die Betreuung durch das Team war super nett z. B. bei Ankunft zu später Stunde und bei Abfahrt waren sie hilfsbereit ein Taxi zu rufen. Die Zimmer waren immer sauber. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen erneuten Aufenthalt. Ich wünsche ihnen alles Gute weiterhin! Beatrice Falk

Sehr zufrieden, super Service und für den Preis wirklich top! Waren zu 8 für einen Kurztrip (3 Tage) dort und hatten zwei Zimmer. Ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand (Ballermann 02) Und 20 Minuten bis in die Schinkenstrasse 🍺

Wir wurden super lieb empfangen. Es wird einem alles zu Verfügung gestellt oder Handtücher für den Strand oder Sonnencreme. Es ist 24 Stunden jemand erreichbar und den Schlüssel brauchten wir auch nie mitzunehmen. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Immer wieder zu empfehlen.

We stayed for one night and we really liked our stay. Good quality for the price which we paid. The hotel staff was really nice and friendly. The location is also super. It is close to the city, to the beach and also to the bars. Our room was located in the back, facing towards the other houses and not towards the big street. So our room was very nice and quite. The only part which we did not like that much was that the bathroom did not have any windows, so after showering, you cannot air it out. As a result, the whole bathroom smells strongly like mold and you can also see some patches on the wall. So I would not recommend staying here for families with small children.
