"We only stayed from shortly after midnight to about 9:30am. Staff answered to direct us to our room even though it was very late - & we’re super friendly & patient as we tried to obtain key from the secure box. Room & bathroom were very clean, stocked well w/towels & there were instructions for all appliances. Great water pressure. Will definitely return for longer stay. "

"Overall the hotel is great and safe but they need to get better towels. I showered and had a bunch of lint after I dried up. Those towels are falling apart. "

Breakfast was passable, as good as most hotels, perhaps better than some, especially when they only offer bagels La Quinta offered scrambled eggs,make your own waffles, coffee two different juices. The afternoon check in clerk could use a lesson in smiling, but checked us in, later staff and morning staff seemed more cordial. Biggest disappointment, was not the hotel, but rather a guest who decided the elevator was a great place to smoke a joint. Yuck"

"What I liked about the property was the attention to detail the cleanliness. The room looked good didn’t smell. The bed was nice. The furniture was nice. The bathroom was nice. The floor was nice. The walls were nice. The curtains were nice. The air-conditioning is a little out of date and the employees will rule their service cards real early in the morning and it wakes you up. It’s just louder. You could hear them on different floors going to room to room and that’s kind of disturbing if they can get something that’s a little bit more quieter that would be nice. Otherwise this is one of the best Motel 6 that I’ve ever stood at."

"The property had a lot of people hanging outside. I arrived at 12:30. Had to ask for hair dryer, although, my room said deluxe. Web rated 8.2. More like 6.5. Roach in bathroom. Doors had unusual locks. Web never said adjoining rooms. That is not my preference."

"Everything was great on Valentines day weekend. Was able to check-in early. Very friendly staff. Room was clean and nice. Parking was great. Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful time visiting Big Bear and Arrowhead. Perfect Arrowbear spot. This is my 2nd time here."
