"Just all in all a good room and service, only complaints is that i asked for a triple room with a double bed and a single and instead got 3 triples, also very unique design with an open shower however not appropiate if travelling with family. "Only highlight - water slides were open which we did not expect as they are closing them on 1st October. Very strong disinfection smell entering hotel, had to ask to change rooms as on 5th floor had horrible sewage smell from bathrooms, were moved to 1st floor where we had no window, just patio door which was opening to open patio for whole floor with view to walls. No entertainment on evenings, if not count 30 min disco for kids on one evening. Worst part was food. We are not picky, but we did...

"First of all I would like to highlight that the staff members at the reception and restaurant were lovely and helpful so this review is not a reflection on them. Now, the bedroom was spacious and the balcony had a good view of the adult pool. What I found disappointing was the first night we was told “wifi is slow” the hotel wifi did not work at all for the five days being there. Luckily I had the option to add on data but that shouldn’t be the case. The fridge was terrible, it would be “on” but...
