Casa La Papera surrounded by nature

Casa La Papera is located a few minutes walk from the center of Malfa,
a characteristic alley allows you to reach it in a few minutes.

The area is very quiet and you can admire the lush Aeolian nature, the Malvasia vineyards and the nature reserve of Mount Fossa delle Felci.

The house also offers an enchanting view of the sea and a well-kept garden with lemon trees and plants.
From the terrace, equipped with deckchairs, table and chairs, you have an excellent view of the sea and the islands of Stromboli and Panarea.

Inside it is composed of:
large kitchen/living room with mezzanine,
on the lower floor the kitchen equipped with a 5-burner hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer and dishwasher,
and relaxation area with sofa bed (1.90x1.40 m);
on the upper floor, open onto the living area and reachable via a comfortable staircase, there is a bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined together).
This room is served by a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower cubicle.
The kitchen/living room leads to the second large double bedroom, which has an en-suite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower cubicle.

All rooms also have access from the terrace,
the house is equipped with air conditioning and wi-fi.

the house has private parking.

Casa La Papera is part of a complex of houses,
The entrance road to the house, the parking lot, the garden and the laundry room with washing machine are for common use of all houses.
However, each house has its own entrance and private terrace.
