"Short but comfortable stay here! The front desk was really helpful with arranging our boat tickets to Santa Cruz for the following day. Additionally, they came in early at 6am to help us with our bags, escorted us to the dock nearby, and packed a small bag of breakfast for us to have on the boat! We really appreciated that service! Breakfast was great with an attentive and flexible staff who adjusted breakfast times for an early excursion which they helped us book (a 360 island tour which was also excellent and reasonably priced compared to similar options). They were also very flexible with early check-in and departure. All around a great value for our short stay in San Cristobal."

"The accommodations were worth the price, and the hotel service was good. But pass on the restaurant in the evening. It is not where you want to be waiting for food after trekking all day. The staff is nice, is very nice, but insufficient, and I waited 90 minutes for my simple meal on the terrace. Also, there is major construction next door with heavy equipment on the adjacent wall — not relaxing. I suspect this work will be done by summer, 2026. "
